The cashier was absolutely the rudest human being i have ever encountered at a casino. She asked me what i would like to drink. And i said a “ soda” figuring as most buffet’s they total the cost and do not need the exact beverage you need. She absolutely ROLLED her eyes at me and very rudely said “ what KIND. Duhhh”. How unbelievably RUDE. I wanted to slap her across the face. I will NOT be eating there again.

Being greeted should be the best experience of my life not dred and misery. Was so excited to try your buffet so we tried it however You need someone more upbeat to greet guest. $68.25 dollars for 2 people for dinner is kinda insane but we ate because we were hungry. I found that there wasn’t a lot of variety. When I think variety I think lots of food not 3 tables full. The serving service was good though good job to the waitress ?

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was awful. Really small selection of choices. We were so disappointed because we were really looking forward to this. Prime rib was just ok. Don't waste your money unless you can eat a ton of rice krispy treats. They were actually the best thing.

After reading the one Star reviews I almost didn't go. So glad I did. The food was amazing! The prime rib could be cut with a fork. Even the salad was super fresh and super cold. Fried scallops, fried chicken, Italian sausage and the rolls were so good I couldn't stop eating! I even had dessert although I normally never do. I had to try the brownies with REAL whipped cream! To die for it was awesome. Service was ok but hey it's a frickin buffet and they're probably short staffed like everywhere else.

Let’s start from the beginning…my boyfriend and I chose to try the buffet for our anniversary Saturday. We approached the initial cash wrap, and weren’t greeted immediately, no smile, nothing. We stood there awkwardly, until the lady sitting at the register asked us what we were getting to drink, had us pay, and then said what my total was, and i can , “tip on the screen, unless I wanted to tip cash”. This instantly put a bad taste in my mouth. You don’t expect a dime from anybody being a waitress/ server, you don’t rely on your tips, and if you do, find another job! Next, we were standing there awkwardly again, and I had to ask if we set ourselves..the receptionist said, “No, Courtney will seat you.” Courtney then brought us to our table; another waitress came over 5-10 minutes later and served us our drinks, and revisited once to ask us through our meal, if we needed another drink. My boyfriend’s beer was stale, which he didn’t finish(surprisingly). The buffet didn’t have a huge selection, and the majority of food was under seasoned , but the kitchen workers were friendly and attentive! (Highlight of my experience for sure.) Not to mention the hosts/ waitresses were fooling around and leaning on the cash wrap for all to see, which was annoying. We finished our meal, left a few bills on the table, and left. I don’t recommend eating here unless you want to waste your money. We won’t be back.Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp.

I don't understand the bad reviews on here.. i am glad I didn't listen to them because I almost skipped thos place because of the reviews. There were four of us and a child. We were all very satisfied with the food and selection.Meatloaf was very good the Mac and cheese was delicious we all loved it My husband had the prime rib and he said it was done perfect,he also had the cod and pork tenderloin. There were lots of desserts to pick from a very nice salad bar and fruit a pizza area and oriental selection as well. I had chicken Parm and meatloaf mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese are it all. We went on a Thursday afternoon as soon as they opened and there was a steady run on guests.

My biggest regret is there are no more options to give than 1 star. I'd give 5 zero stars if I could. We were headed to Malone from Massena to try out the Chinese buffet and decided to save the gas and give this place a try. BIG MISTAKE! We should have kept on driving. Nearly 75.00 for the worst food ever served on a buffet, drinks with no ice, and sub standard cleanliness was truly outrageous. I could have heated a tv dinner and got better food. Tough, cold, old,...you name it. Prime rib? HA! Prime fat slab. Everything was like it had been sitting out for days. I'm originally from Mississippi and as bad of an opinion as some may have of that state, including me, their casinos have the best buffets you will find. Truly sad. My boyfriend takes me out every week and I hate he spend his hard earned money on this slop.

This was the most disappointing visit I've ever experienced. I checked there site several times. It clearly said $19.00 Saturday and Sunday. I walked in to a nearly empty buffet area. So standard it was what would be offered at a continent buffet at a hotel and still be considered lacking. It was just sad the only thing that was worth anything was the omelet station. Never Again.

I cannot recommend the Native Harvest breakfast buffet. First they charge extra for a cup of coffee, drinks. Set up a coffee/drink station! Also, only eggs and bacon and off the shelf pastries. No pancakes, oatmeal, french toast and even salsa for your scrambled eggs. It's really a continental breakfast and is free at the Comfort Inn across the parking lot. They need to do better.

It should be a crime to charge as much as they do for this "buffet". The Saturday night price is $32 a person. Eat there and you'll realize Ponderosa has a better food selection and quality. They had veg stir-fry, lo mein, and sweet and sour chicken. The chicken looked like frozen chicken fingers and the lo mein looked like they made it last weekend and just kept it around. Pepperoni and cheese pizza. Both looked and tasted like Great Value brand $5 frozen pizza. Chicken parm with a slice of unmelted cheese on top. Pasta sauce that again looked and tasted like it went from can to heating table. No flavor. The pasta was a mix of undercooked and overcooked noodles. Something that slightly resembled a beef stroganoff, but looked more like Purina wet chunk canned dog food. Some kind of dry, over cooked fish. The mashed potatoes were decent and the gravy was...gravy. Mac and cheese was cheesy. The big items for the night were crab legs and fat slabs err I mean "prime rib". After trimming away the massive chunks of fat I was left with 3-4 small bites. Thank god for all you can eat, because you will need about 6 of those to make a dinner out of. The salad bar was nothing special. Reminded me of Pizza Hut salad bar. The 2 kinds of soup were a loaded chicken noodle and tomato. I scooped up the tomato and paused for a moment. This wasn't soup. This was watered-down pasta sauce! It looked like a little more liquid version of the sauce they were serving with the parm. The desserts were nothing grand. A few different pies all of which reminded me of the frozen Marie Calender ones you get at Walmart. They aren't bad, but i expected something a little better.Well... that's it. That was the dinner buffet for $32 a person. I expected this to be a Turning Stone style buffet for the price. If you've never been to TS, their buffet is amazing. Worth every penny spent. HUGE selection of food and desserts. Now if I would have seen the buffet before going in I would have skipped it and went to McDonald's. The problem is where the buffet is located to where it's visible to people around. It's way back in the dinning area blocked by various walls. I believe this was a strategic placement to get the money and then surprise the people with the lack of food. If anyone saw the menu they would keep walking. Now on to service, or should I say the lack of service? We went up to the buffet and when we returned our drinks were on the table. Sounds great right? Well, that was the only drink we got for the entire meal. Plates stacked on our table. No one coming around to see about refills. Busy night? Nope. More empty seats than ones filled. It was a waste of money. I will never eat there again. Like I said in the beginning Ponderosa had better quality, selection, and service than this place.

Overpriced, poor selection. Took spouse out for birthday dinner on a Friday night. Been a yr since last visit & wished we had gone anywhere else. Carving station had 1 choice: prime rib - spouse does not eat beef. Every station had half or fewer choices than our last visit. And hang on to your utensils - none available at buffet. We had to flag down a waiter and ask for some when ours were taken with last plate. On a Friday night, a $33 buffet should have lots of choices. And really - instant potatoes and frozen veggies?! Shameful.

Oh my! This buffet is baddd! I know I’m writing a review but I’m kinda at a loss for words.. it’s that bad! It’s like they ran out to Costco for the dining options. No really, if you make a couple laps around Costco Saturday afternoon… that’s what this is. And for 24.99$ wow… I don’t know.. just bring a bag lunch
