DON'T EAT HERE. I've never seen such a miserable looking panini. I can't even call this a grilled cheese panini. It's 3 pieces of non-melted cheese between two pieces of stale, crumbly bread. So carelessly made. Could barely choke it down. 0/5 stars. Gordon Ramsay's grilled cheese looked more appetizing, iykyk.

Why can't you get more workers and pay them more so customers have a better experience? Don't you over charge for your items? The wait is crazy and you only have drive thru. How about treat your workers better so you can get more and have an actual full running establishment.

Went in and ordered two breakfast wraps, they were made wrong so I called and told them how it was supposed to be made, I told them that I could come in the next morning because I was already gone. I went in the next morning to get our drinks and the wraps, my smoothie was made wrong, it was made like a mixed berry frozen lemonade, our wraps were made wrong AGAIN, first and last time getting our food/drinks here.

i wanted a specific gift card from Tim Hortons so i went inside at 6:30 or so. I noticed the front was closed so I looked at the cards and picked the one I liked. I went into the drive through and told them i wanted a $25 gift card, the dark blue "let it snow" one i wanted. I was told we dont have that one. they said we have a blue one, thinking i didnt remember what it said, said ok. so i pulled up to the window and its not the right one. i told them they have it in the front counter. they said they dont have it and they already put the money on the card so they couldnt do anything about it. so basically they are too lazy to walk a few steps to the front counter to give me what i wanted! very upset considering i am a loyal and frequent customer. very disappointed!!

Have yet to actually order food. I have no idea what the deal is. First time I was standing at the wrong end of the counter waiting to order coffee. Got yelled at. Gave up. Second time I waited and waited never ordered and gave up. I wish there was just coffee you could pour yourself. I probably wont try again. Cold coffee for the win

JESSIE from this drive up literally changed my mind on this location for good. Overly rude while taking our order. Rushed us and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I also had points to redeem (cuz I’m a loyal Tim’s customer. I LOVE Tim’s) and when I prompted her of this for my payment she scoffed it off and talked to me like a child stating “yeah and it will be taken off when it’s scanned!” So even though I was really offended at her “customer service” I stayed in line thinking it would be taken care of then I got up to pay. There was someone other than JESSIE at the window to pay. So I had him scan my phone to redeem the points to get my first pumpkin spice latte of the year. And then I was told a total that DIDNT include my points being used. When I questioned this JESSIE then got involved and was less than helpful and more defensive and only made things worse. When I told her I even brought it to her attention at the time of ordering, she acknowledged that was true but said there was nothing she could do so she got her manager. Who was a nicer however all I got was “I don’t know” def don’t know their product or how to use the Tim’s rewards program. Leaving me disgusted and just asking for my money back and leaving without my order. I see in the reviews this isn’t the first time this has happened. Thank you JESSIE for ruining my fall experience with Tim’s. You should prob go pump gas somewhere sweetie
