I regularly plan and execute work events multiple times/month in Buffalo ranging from 15-150+ participants. We have contracted with Erin & Rob twice for two separate, off-site events and I cannot express how AMAZING the entire experience was and how IMPRESSED every single attendee was with the presentation and, even more importantly, the taste of the food. Usually the day of an event I have enough things to worry about—speakers, content, room set-up, etc., but not only does the Edible Crush team arrive early (!) they bring everything (main course, sides, desert, drinks, plates, napkins, utensils, etc.). They label everything--we often need to accommodate many food restrictions—vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, dairy free. There is always a substantial and absolutely delicious option for everyone. Our attendees go out of their way to remark that they have “never had such incredible food” and ask who the caterer is. People were so impressed, they’ve run out of business cards both times and I’ve responded to several emails afterwards with information about Edible Crush. As our events came to a close, Erin & Rob packaged up leftovers for us/attendees to take home (no food wasted!), and left no trace that they were ever there. It was a dream…from booking to end of day and I cannot recommend them highly enough.“
