Served us frozen uncooked wings, barely got an apology. Replacement was just overcooked wings. At least the other food was edible but not impressed

I know this is a bar inside a movie theater so I don't expect an amazing drink but if you specifically say your martini is made with Grey Goose vodka you better actually use Grey Goose. I watched the bartender make it and she used New Amsterdam. If I'm paying for Grey Goose I should be getting Grey Goose.

Bias alert: used to work here before COVID. The food options are surprisingly diverse and if management knew how to manage a restaurant, chatter’s could really be successful. I mean, we get great quality ingredients eg. Brie cheese, fresh arugula, in-house slice Turkey, etc. My personal fave to this day is the Brie Prosciutto flatbread, ask for sliced scallion on top, it’s bomb af. Don’t order the sliders, just splurge on the burgers. Nothing wrong with sliders but fresh meat always tastes better than frozen in my opinion. Also they sell Nathan’s fries if you want just ask to sub. ✨ the more you know ✨

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've been to this Chatters before and enjoyed a wonderful meal. My second visit, my server was being yelled at by the female manager for not clocking out on his break. By all means handle business, but right there in front of all the guests dining in the restaurant. The manager was so loud that multiple people were speaking up for this employee who was being publicly embarrassed by her yelling at him. She then began to yell at guest who were standing up for the employee. This was the most UNPROFESSIONALISM I have ever experienced while eating out. As we know Chatters is not your usual "turn and burn" type of restaurant, and usually my bill is right at $100 or more, for two people dining. Seeing this employee being treated this way in front of every guest in the restaurant, was way outta line. Due to this poor guy being humiliated by this manager for at least 20 minutes, my service was not good at all, as you can imagine because my server was being yelled at, therefore he wasn't able to do his job. Which he did VERY WELL before she started yelling at him. I hope to never see that manager in this location again. She ruined the entire night of many paying customers who were in this restaurant and that server. Her behavior was something you'd expect from a fast food place.

You wouldn't believe that a relatively small restaurant in a movie theater would be great but let me tell you that you would be wrong! Everything from the food to the service was top notch. I got a vegan beyond burger with sweet potato fries that came with an unforgettable sweet dipping sauce on the side. The service? Unbeatable. My date and I sat at the bar and the bartender kept us entertained and regularly checked on us. Could not ask for a better experience!

Ronnie was fantastic! She's super sweet and we always chat about life. She's very attentive and makes perfect drinks. I always have a great experience whenever I'm here. The service was quick and the food was great! I will definitely be back again!!!

If you are a tourist,dont even try it,they dont accept ids from out of state. That's not how you do business. That's how you lose money and clients. The only star is for the red hair bartender, she was nice.

Chatters has been one of my favorite places to go for the past 7-8 years. Drinks and food are reasonably priced and the bartenders (Roni and Gary), as well as the waitstaff are excellent. Not sure what other reviewers are going on about, but it's a busy movie theatre and you don't go to a "restaurant" if you want to get concession quality food so you can be in and out in 10 minutes. The food at Chatters is next to gourmet (personal favs: thai chicken bites, bourbon steak tips, chicken marsala, turkey club) and you get a lot more than you pay for. The prices are in line with Chili's, but food is 10x better. Get to the theater 1.5 hours before your movie to grab a cocktail and a great bite, you won't regret it! Oh - and the leather recliners in EVERY theatre and reservable seats blow Regal out of the water! Try the MX4D theater, the IMAX has moving seats, scents and misting - worth the money for a good movie.

Amazing service. Amazingly fun food. Matches amazingly with an amazing movie.... or 2 ;). Me and my gal pal especially love the Hollywood Bloody Marys with the pepperoni straw. They say it comes with a blue cheese olive..... but out of the thousands we've downed.... not one blue cheese olive has reared it's zesty, moldy head. That's the one and only complaint I have, and it's not even enough to knock off a star, because at Island 16's "Chatters," I always leave feeling like I am a 5-star all star. Go movies. Go island 16. Go Chatters!

The bartender was a really nice guy. Our food was horrible. I was there with my two girl friends for a quick bite before our movie. One ordered a grilled chicken panini that was flavorless chicken in between two mushy pieces of bread. My other friend ordered loaded nachos with chicken, which literally came out as chips, some melted cheese and a few pieces of chicken- none of the other toppings listed in the description (I mean it did say LOADED) and it cost $16.99! I got mozzarella triangles which were good. We all said we wouldn't go back, unless just for a glass of wine.
