The staff here are SO sweet! Especially Nessa! Management should be very proud to have such wonderful staff that provides amazing customer service! They are very much appreciated and keep customers like me coming back!

I went in and asked for a mixed box of 24 munchkins….. my grandkids opened the box and of 4 flavours, there was One, just One jelly! It literally had a dot of jelly on it which was more like it touched a jelly donut. .. I saw in the glass case that there was a tray of jelly munchkins! that’s so wrong!

I go to this Dunkin every Sunday before Church, Never had an issue. So I don't know why today when I went there I wasn't served. There was 6 people, me being the only black person in the store and everyone was served but me, I waited a few minutes and the store was empty all 3 of the ladies looked me in my face and continued to do whatever they was doing in the back. I didn't even get a good morning! So I said HELLOOOOOO can I get some service here?" They gonna tell me I have to wait for the girl that was in the bathroom to take my order. EXCUSE ME!!! I used to work for Dunkin, Metro Franchising Scott Campbell is the owner, He would NVER ALLOW THAT!! I left, I simply couldn't spend my money there anymore. What made it worse a group of white people walk in behind me, and everyone, including the manager, was at the front waiting to take their order and greet them. Smh! I'll be going to the one on Horseblock for now on.

I cannot believe how incredibly rude the staff were at this dunkin- not only did they not know how to use the dunkin app and gave me an attitude when I tried to redeem my points, they then proceeded to make my drink wrong and then argued with me when I told them that’s not what I ordered. Then while remaking my drink they were talking in a different language and laughing at me. Never been treated so rudely as a customer. Please consider any other dunkin before this one.

This place is great . The coffee is always fresh and hot... always made perfect. The hashbrowns are cooked and brown like they should be.. the egg sandwich is always perfect . Been here about 9 times always a g Homerun and the crew is nice
This location has the worst service recently. The place is unclean. The staff is very slow and rude. After a 20-minute wait for my order that I placed on the app, I gave up waiting and went to work. Hope you enjoy that money since it is the last you will ever get from me. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location.

Even though it is small they have it clean in there. They do get busy so I can see maybe that's how they make small mistakes. My drink order was messed up and I know they charge extra for non dairy but a $1 is a bit insane.
