Even though it is small they have it clean in there. They do get busy so I can see maybe that's how they make small mistakes. My drink order was messed up and I know they charge extra for non dairy but a $1 is a bit insane.

Love DD coffee, always fresh and delicious, the staff at this location in particular is just lovely! Big smiles when they take your order, the coffee comes out perfect each time and quick! I'm in and out and on my way to work enjoying every sip. Fresh bagels with butter or cream cheese, fresh Donuts of course! The place is nice and clean, the location is perfect right on the service road of the LIE Westbound. I have to mention the staff one more time, they are just so wonderful, really sets the tone of your day to have them be so pleasant! Would recommend this location to anyone needing their coffee fix!

I don’t know is there no manager in the morning? Why on the Monday morning, people who work there they can take 5 minutes to take a cup of coffee ??? So you think slowly speed can make you get more customers?? Ridiculous slow service!!!!!!!!!

Gave me a stale piece of avocado toast this morning. It was so hard! I had to throw it out! I keep coming back after they make mistakes and I try to give them another chance here and there but today was just the last time. The people here are nice but the quality of work is just so slow. There is a whole team back there and I just don’t understand how they can always just mess things up. My toast is completely stale today. Other times my coffee would come out late or they would forget an item and I would have to remind them. People have lives, people have work to catch. I don’t have time to wait an extra 20 mins if I ordered ahead of time! It makes no sense.
