Not great customer service. I placed an order for pickup based on their online menu. Prices on the Internet and prices in the restaurant weren't the same (pie listed at $12 on Internet was actually $16 in store). I mentioned this to the cashier and pulled up their site then I asked if they'd honor the price listed on the website. The cashier left briefly to speak with the manager and returned saying "The website needs to be updated, but we won't honor the online price." I said I didn't want the pizza anymore and left. Perhaps I would've stuck with the purchase had the manager or the employee put in at least the minimal amount of energy to remedy the situation, but I really didn't like the nonchalant attitude. They just essentially made it seem like, yeah we made a mistake and we really don't care.

A nice restaurant for a quick bite before the movie! Friendly service, nice menu and good food quality. Not the fastest service, but friendly made up for it!

Pizza is pretty good but not great, not they want to charge a delivery fee for loyal customers. I been ordering a pie every friday for who knows now and they want to charge me $2.99 to deliver. The pizza pie is not work the delivery fee. I will go elsewhere....

Really enjoyed the food and had a refreshingly attentive server! I had the Sunday Sauce with Gnocci. It says Pork rib and what I got was a pork chop! I couldn't finish which is unusual. Great for kids. We'll be back.

This was probably the worst dining experience I ever had. The night started with the waitress dumping a beer on my wife which they charged me for. The salads we ordered never came with our meal. They wanted to bring the salads after our meal came. My pasta and broccoli were both hard and undercooked. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Service and food are terrible.

This was our first and last visit. His food was made wrong twice and on the third time it was the closest to what he ordered but had no flavor and his whole plate was cold, steak included. The staff was yelling over us to talk to each other... we were the only table in the restaurant. And when they weren't calling out to each other, we had to lIsten to all the gossiping at the counter behind us. The bus boy took my plate from the table, and I wasn't even upset when he didn't ask if I wanted to take it home and brought it to the back (I didn't even eat half of it). It had zero flavor. I do not recommend going there.

I can't say what the food taste like because there was no food left to offer. The sign outside says pizza slices now available. Buy one , get one 50% off. Tho I get it, I arrived at 9:30 pm. But there was still people eating inside. And the signs show they close at 10 pm. I just wanted to place an order to go but the way the employee acted when I asked if there were any slices left made me not even bother to ask for anything else. Besides had anyone seen the look on his face when I walked in, nobody in their right mind would've placed an order. Sadly the restaurant looked very nice and it looked like the food would've probably been amazing. But terrible customer service. It's a business. You deny a customer 30 minutes before closing. I don't respect that. You might as well lock the doors, if you feel so strongly about turning a customer away.

Had a great experience here. I brought 9 kids to have pizza before a movie and the staff was so accommodating. The pizza and mozzarella sticks were delicious too!
Great food. Would have rated lower because we waited so long, but our server got the star back by going to the back and putting our food together for us. The food was amazing. They need to manage their kitchen better but their wait staff and their food made up for it.

We had a good meal and our waitress was very good and friendly. I took away a star because they got my wifes order wrong two times but she ate the second time because she did not want to wait again. Waitress was apologetic and took it off the bill, so I feel customer service was very good.

We really liked this restaurant it was my first time here and won't be the last! Even though the place was packed, we had a very pleasant experience and we were served promptly. The food was delicious. Our waitress Ashley was super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and had a great personality. I highly recommend eating here!

Food was very good, it was very nice before my movie with my wife. However, the Waitress was just not interested in us at all. It's sad that the food was so good but the waitress was almost not existent. Short girl with glasses. She kept going to the back I'm assuming to go outside to smoke cause the 2 times she came to are table the cigarette smoke smell was just awful. It's a shame cause we really enjoyed are meals. The lasagna was awesome and my wife had spaghetti with meatballs we loved it. But we were just amazed at how we were the only table in the restaurant and the waitress was non existent and when she was I was over powered by the terrible mixture of smoke smell. We may be back hopefully we get a different server. I hope she was just having a bad day.
