our server was in such a rush to clock out that we had to move to the Bar in order for them to sing to me (Which I asked him to stop at that point because we were so pissed off with the service). Mind you the place didn’t close for almost another hour, and we were already almost done at that point. As we were still sitting at the bay, finishing our last drink before moving to the bar, the managers and server stood Behind us and stared. So uncomfortable and rude And as somebody who is a big part of restaurant and nightlife on Long Island, I will definitely be telling all of my friends and acquaintances to never come to this place

I highly recommend Topgolf to those who have never tried it before.
The first time I went, I was hesitant. My friends, who had all played golf before, told me it could be fun. I have always loved playing sports, being on every sports team in my high school EXCEPT for one. Golf. I was nervous to go, but I decided to anyway. Turns out, my friends are as bad as I am, if not worse!
Topgolf is an experience like no other. You can have absolutely no experience like I had, or be the most skilled golfer there is, but regardless of skill, you will always have a good time knocking some balls out into the driving range. Unlike sitting down and watching a movie, you are outdoors, interacting with people face to face, and getting some physical activity in.
What makes it so unique is the fact that there are trackers inside every ball, meaning it can track statistics, allowing them to create fun games if you aren’t interested in just seeing how far you can hit the ball.
The staff is all friendly, and the wait time is practically zero, especially if you book in advance, which is super easy.
If you are looking for a good time with your friends or even just to relax and get some stress out, Topgolf is an experience you have to try!

I recently attended an event at TopGolf, and I have to say it was a letdown from start to finish. The group I was with had paid for the unlimited food and drink package, but the staff cut everything off about 30 minutes before the end of the reservation. When we tried to order additional drinks on our own tab, they wouldn’t let us stay at the table we had been using the whole time. We were told that if we wanted to keep ordering anything, we had to sit somewhere else, which honestly made no sense to anyone there.
The employees seemed unsure about their own policies and came across as really dismissive. It created an awkward scene in front of everyone, especially the corporate guests who were invited. The whole situation felt unprofessional and unnecessarily stressful.
Considering the cost of hosting an event there, the experience was absolutely not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend TopGolf for any kind of organized event after what we witnessed.

Hosting an event at TopGolf turned out to be a huge disappointment. I purchased the package that included unlimited food and drinks, yet staff stopped service a full 30 minutes before our reservation was over. When we offered to pay for more drinks and start a separate tab, we were told we weren’t allowed to remain at our table. They insisted that if we wanted to continue ordering anything, we had to relocate to another area — a policy that felt completely arbitrary.
The employees seemed unsure of their own rules and acted as though they were just improvising. Their attitude was rude, unprofessional, and honestly shocking. What was meant to be a seamless corporate outing ended up being uncomfortable and embarrassing in front of my guests.
For the high price of their event packages, the experience was absolutely not worth it. I regret choosing this place and would never book an event here again.

I booked an event at TopGolf, and it was genuinely one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. I paid for the unlimited food and drink package, and 30 minutes before our allotted time ended, they abruptly cut us off. My guests and I then tried to pay for additional drinks and open a tab, but we were told we couldn’t sit at the same table anymore. They insisted that the only way we could continue to order food or drinks was to move somewhere else entirely — which made absolutely no sense.
It honestly felt like the staff were making up rules as they went. Everyone was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. What was supposed to be a smooth corporate event turned into an embarrassing mess. I was mortified in front of my customers.
For what they charge, this experience was beyond disappointing — it was a complete waste of money. I would never host an event here again.
We love top golf and always have a great time but this time was different. We couldn’t get a bay till late so we decided to only play for one hour. At the end of our time the server brought the check over and he charged us for an hour and a half, we told him the mistake and then he was gone for 10 minutes and again he came back with a check that was charging us for an hour and 15 minutes at this point we were a little bit frustrated so we told him again that we had only played for one hour and asked for a manager at which point I assumed do you want to go get the manager but he just came back with the correct check we paid and left. I don’t feel totally comfortable going back again because of that.

Really enjoyed this, especially being one of the only locations in New York State, close to the city. Good weekday, specials and good football specials. I would come again, perfect for all types of parties and group sizes. Dylan was my server and he did a phenomenal job taking care of me and my party.
