JUST WAS HERE TONIGHT. I HAD ORDERED A JR BACON CHEESEBURGER OFF THE BIGGIE BAG AND THEY HAD INITIALLY GAVE ME A DOUBLE STACK AND I WANTED A 4 PC CHICKEN NUGGETS. AND I HAD ASKED FOR NO ICE IN MY ORANGE SODA SMH. THEY HAD GAVE ME THE BURGER AND THE NUGGETS. AT LEAST THEY HAD THE VANILLA FROSTIES THIS TIME. BUT THEY STILL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER SMH. THIS LATE NIGHT MAY NOT BE A GOOD IDEA. OR HAVE PEOPLE THAT LISTEN.

This late night meal was horrible. They gave me the wrong order and it was nasty. The chili had fries in it and missing cheese and onions as ordered. The fries were cold and the chicken sandwich was a hot nasty mess.

Got to drive through and waited almost 5 minutes to place our order. Waited almost ten minutes at the window. Definitely understaffed and managed but two employees where hanging out drinking there frosties. Finally get our order with no receipt and the fries where stale and all three burgers we ordered where wrong. I know we are all human and make mistakes but this was unacceptable. Besides all of that, the kid who handed us our incorrect order didn't even say a word. No sorry about the wait, have a good day, nothing!!! I never write reviews but this was just that bad of a visit.

Don't tell customers to "relax" when you make a mistake and screw up an order and then expect someone to pay for your mistake...especially if it's an extremely small amount of money. I've contacted corporate...hire people who can do better. Pa****ia, you are horrible and the reason I'll never return to this location...the worst
