This is my favorite Dunkin! Coffee order is always perfect, and service is great! I felt bad for the lady there today as she was trying to run the drive-thru and in store customer service by herself.

The manager or owner should really make a “sugar free” button for frozen drinks because the staff doesn’t communicate with each other when the drink is supposed to be sugar free. ??

I ordered wake up sausage pancake wrap and it was very cold I couldn't eat it.. I don't think they warmed it
I ordered a medium Carmel craze latte with entra Carmel and got a large Carmel craze but there was so sugar or extra Carmel, when I went back through and told them what was wrong and they gave me a new drink and made me pay for it, this is not the first time and I’m sick of paying for your employees mistakes, There are only two that make my drink right and it’s not complicated

Honestly I used to love this dunkin. Then an older taller lady started messing with my drinks. Some of them are amazing but some like her are rude and shouldn't be in customer service.ok so edit time. This place has gotten worse. Some good people do not make up for the ones who would rather not do there job and take almost 30 min in drive-thru so they can talk and smoke. You guys really need to work on your employees. Or honestly let someone else take over this dunkin.by far the worst dunkin around anymore.
