I come here all the time to get Avacado toast with bacon… the last 2 times I’ve paid for bacon and got none on my toast!!! Why am I paying for something I’m not receiving???

The bathroom was dirty. I ordered two cappuccinos with vanilla and whole milk sweetened with 5g and a caramel latte. They gave me three cappuccinos. They took a long time. They only gave me half glasses and cold ones, and almost only milk, no coffee, and no sugar. Terrible service.

I drove up to rochester from Brooklyn and stopped here for coffee. This was the BEST dunkin coffee I've ever had, either Brooklyn sucks or this dunkin is just magical. The workers were the nicest people I've ever met, even while multitasking and taking care of other customers.

This is my favorite Dunkin! Coffee order is always perfect, and service is great! I felt bad for the lady there today as she was trying to run the drive-thru and in store customer service by herself.
Shrinkflation strikes again. Full donuts are 1/2 the size of what they were pre pandemic. Staff at this location is always great though.

The manager or owner should really make a “sugar free” button for frozen drinks because the staff doesn’t communicate with each other when the drink is supposed to be sugar free. ??
