So Good Is SO BAD!Having fond memories of Super Scoops, and not realizing it had changed, we tried "So Good" but every aspect of the experience of coming to this place is a negative. From the unnecessary and absurd televisions lining the top of the building showing NCIS while you try to focus on the menus below them, to the fact that you have to walk around the whole building to see the whole menu, to the BLARING local radio music making you feel like you're at a cheap midway food stand at a fair, to the fact that they take orders and serve them out of the same window despite having 2, to the ice cream itself: Chinese Buffet level is the best way to describe their soft serve, full of ice crystals and instantly watery.The prices are high, & the portions are small. For what you get, the prices here are insane. For example; we spent $9 for 2 small dishes with bland, waxy dip top drizzled on them. We left disappointed, and went down the street to Super Cream with no blaring music, and no irritating TV screens, and spent $4.25 on 2 kid size dishes that were the same size as So Good's "smalls". The Super Cream soft serve was much richer, and the product was higher quality overall. Avoid So Good at all costs, and give your time and money to a place that values it.

Very disappointed here. Ordered a peanut butter sundae and the ice cream was very watery. On the plus side there was a lot of peanut butter but the cheap ice cream negated that.

Not good. The ice cream is low quality. My chocolate dip was thinly applied and tasted more like wax than chocolate. I threw mine away after a few bites and so did my daughter. The server was disinterested. Not sure why anyone would go here when Super Cream a half mile away is the best soft serve I have ever had.

Did they get rid of that confederate flag sticker on the front of their soft serve machines? It's a legitimate question.

While in the area for the weekend we came here twice. The prices are fantastic for the amount of ice cream you get. Both the candy corn sundae and s'mores sundae were delicious. Lots of hard ice cream choices plus soft serve options. Super friendly staff. Will definitely be back the next time we are up in Cortland.

Super Scoops has great ice cream. There was one poor girl waiting on everyone. I felt sorry for her. Hire some more help!!!!
