They did a really good on the art, the cake was not worth the money, they raised the price of the ice-cream cake but was barely any chocolate ice-cream just tons of crunchies from board to vanilla ice cream, 50 dollars for gravel and barely and chocolate ice-cream is ridiculous

Ice cream was delicious but All the ice cream containers were disgustingly filthy. None of the staff had gloves on. They were scooping out ice creams from inside the case for arms and all. Disgusting!

Went in on a Wednesday for a buy one get one free sundae. Got two medium sundaes with 2 toppings each. The owner charged us over 12 dollars for what basically was one medium sundae. When we questioned it he mumbled something about the toppings being extra. We know one topping is included with the sundae. So he purposely overcharged us. Won’t be back there

Talk about a happy place, Shayne is the owner and his infectious smile is so welcoming, his staff are well trained and do a good job . The vanilla soft serve is by far some of theee best ice cream. The hard ice cream , their Carvel ice cream flavo, amount with maple walnut and butter pecan are great.

My kids insisted that I leave a review after our visit this evening. We all loved our sundae smashers, and the service was phenomenal! Will definitely be back next time we're in the area. Thank you!

This place has improved significantly since our last time here in the Spring. They have given the paint a facelift and cleaned up the general aesthetics. I do think more seating would be helpful (which is why I gave 4, not 5 stars. We ordered two regular ice creams and I had the joy of having the dairy free Pina Colada sorbet. It was delicious and refreshing- I do wish I was a little colder and less melted (again why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars). My oldest child and I are dairy free due to lactose intolerance and there are almost no ice cream shops that offer such options. Thank you Carvel for paying attention and offering so many delicious options and not just flavored ice.

We ordered a vanilla soft serve with black cherries and I went to eat it and it was awful. Not to usual black cherries but tasted suspiciously like cherry pie filling. Took two bites and threw it away. We won’t be back

The staff was friendly. Having not been here in years and hearing great things about the new ownership, I was excited to give Carvel a try again.The ice cream had old dried out looking ice cream put on top of the newer ice cream, making it quite unappealing as if it had been there for a month. It looked crusty and hard.There was also a random smashed cone stuck in one of the flavors on the lower section.Most upsetting, the entire inside of the ice cream display case was incredibly dirty. All around the metal inside and corners looked like they hadn’t ever been cleaned —dried out ice cream and who knows what else stuck to the display case.The same crust was built up around the edges of the freezers where the cakes are stored. It made me not want the fresh ice cream or anything at all.We were all bummed that it was not sanitary. Maybe we will try again someday.

Very disappointed our $35 carvel cake didn’t have the chocolate crunchies between layers. The cake was lopsided and out of round like it had be slopped together. You’re better of buying a. Carvel cake from the grocery store.
Here's the 'Scoop'This place is a spoonful above the rest. Its truly a different carvel experience. I'm unsure if Shane is the manager or owner. But he's a polite, courteous face here. Who always has a smile and great attitude. You almost forget you're at a Carvel and instead at a small town ice cream shop . I don't get the corporate feel here. Kudos to all of you here. And thanks for the free scoop on NYE. :)
