Casa Mexico is a place I have come to to just eat, or do Speedquizzing and eat. Everyone is very nice here, food is great and prices are reasonable. It's a nice place for an outing to eat.

I thought the food was pretty good but I'll eat most anything, my girlfriend insisted that the food wasn't fresh and I must admit it did have an off taste. Also don't order the red salsa, its worse than the green and they charge you $5, which is insane. I won't be returning but if you've read this far, give them a chance. I went on a Wednesday 2 hours before closing.

Not impressed with the food or the service for lunch. I hope they step it up for dinner of they wont be around long.
The food was amazing and the service was great! The mango habanero margarita was yummy! Can't wait to go back. Sorry no pictures we ate everything!
Casa Mexico hosted a taco eating contest for K104. Fun. I won 2nd place. I also won 4 renegades tickets.
Beautiful festive decor here at Casa Mexico. Good time.
The bathroom had no tp and the garbage can was broken and no soap. But it was decorated really cute and the food was pretty good. They do green salsa and pretty sure the tortillas on the street tacos were hand made.
Love coming here! Food is excellent every time and the wait staff is awesome! Love coming on Tuesday’s for trivia night!
Chanced upon this amazing restaurant on the way to Danbury - best decision I took all week! Everything was perfect - the food (tasted super authentic and fresh), staff (shoutout to the waiter for suggesting great dishes) and the menu had plenty of vegetarian options for my girlfriend. Wish my town had this joint. Highly recommend
Visited 5:30 on a Sunday night and was completely empty besides one person at the bar. Appeared only one worker was working the entire floor that night because service was extremely slow. Finally got to put our order in & waited about 15 minutes just to get our drinks. It took 45-1 hr just to receive our meals. Strongly don't recommend the cauliflower tacos for $18... no seasoning and bland. Nachos were just as bland. Really disappointed that such simple food orders like tacos and plate of nachos took an HOUR just to be served. Server did not seem concerned nor apologetic to the wait. Overpriced for mediocre food, really upsetting.

Stopped in while driving through on the Taconic. Swung in as it was one of the few non-pizzerias in town and food tasted authentic, staff was great and drinks were cold and tasty.

If we could double 5 stars for Octavio we would. We are from California LA area. We did a Google search 'restaurant near me.' Reading and looking at the food menu posted on Casa Mexico we decided to go. We made a BIG HIT!!! Their location was spot on. Walking into their establishment with their beautiful art work on the wall, wood decor and colorful finishes was WOW!!! Veggie tacos was so flavorful Chips and green chili salsa wanting more. Let's not forget my favorite Jamaica drink, we came back to order more. Lettuce taco, their chicken Tinga tacos, Bistec tacos, Pico De Gallo, Guacamole and sweet plantains was cooked to perfection. Family owned, professional chef, professional Octavio made you feel part of the family. He was so respectful, great conversations, great sense of humor and knowledgeable about authentic Mexican food. I am letting my family friends who live here in New York about Casa Mexico because of Octavio. Thank you

I wish they offered a good red salsa with the chips. A red salsa with chips when you sit down would totally bring my opinion or rating up drastically lol. They give you a green salsa, I'm not a fan of green salsa. I drink sangria's and sometimes the fruit is good and fresh but last time the fruit in it looked like it had been sitting out and drying out for day's. Literally the orange slice was withered up and dry and the strawberry pieces were also. Kinda yucky. Maybe it was an off night I guess. I've been going here for a year on and off and it seems like they could be a decline. I'll try it out a few more times and see how it goes. I haven't written them off yet but we'll see how my next visit goes.
