Dunkin'

I have allergies to dairy product. My husband asked for a Chai with almond milk, (he told them 3 times). When the Chai was ready, he asked again did you used almond milk, the said yes. Trusting them I drank the chai. Half hour after I starter having an allergic reacción to the chai.

Excellent DD on my way thru town. They have great service and keep up standards. Stop there almost every day. Thanks.

If it wasn’t for the most disgusting bathroom it would’ve been a nice place; great customer service but the bathroom is awful… super dirty. A place with a UNISEX bathroom I would expect a clean bathroom but nope not at all.. sink was disgusting with stains and idk what else, men’s urinal was super gross and stained with what could be old urine, toilet wasn’t any better and top it off… flies everywhere… sadly there was only one worker which I understand she couldn’t clean up but Cmon this dirtiness is piled up grossness of not being cleaned properly or often…

The first issue here is time management! The door is never open on time early as google says it’s open early in the morning.
Another issue no team work, the line is backed up person making coffee and cashier just stand there bullshitting instead of pitching in. Thursday I went in for avocado toast . When I got to the car it was regular bread and not toasted with the avocado. It seems to be one error after the next also, I noticed why the two were sitting there bullshitting that the carpets were filthy where the napkins were where you dispose of the garbage was filthy. Obviously there’s absolutely no management in this place. I’m done going here in the bathroom. Also is absolutely disgusting.

The BATHROOM was disgusting, it looked like it hadn't been washed in months (no exaggeration). The smell was intense. The toilet seat was supposed to be white but had been worn away and was brownish. Big giant roll of the thinnest toilet paper sitting on top of the toilet paper dispenser. Overflowing regular sized garbage can. Wetness on the floor and walls, probably urine. Urinal was full, as if every person that entered that bathroom was raised in a barn. Every surface had thick grime and sticky residue. Absolutely filthy.

I found this particular Dunkin Donuts store has the most pleasant and considerate staff. That is something that is missing almost everywhere and these employee's went above and beyond to be nice. The food was good. Even if the food was awful it would not take away how very kind these young employees were. To me it was a nice change.

Not a good dunkin experience. Whit a 10 min headstart they still had nt made my coffee. There was 1 person at the counter. 2 staff members. My coffee had not been made with the portioning machine so it needed some work.

I cannot believe this place. The only reason it gets business is because it’s next to the Taconic. You get a bagel with cream cheese? 75% of the bagel is bare. Don’t even bother ordering online because you’ll still come in and wait 10 minutes. Come after lunch? There’s nothing left. Bathroom? Never in service. Like I said, if it wasn’t conveniently located next to the Taconic they would’ve gone out of business a long time ago

Worst order delivered None of the donuts I ordered were delivered I ordered orange juice got cranberry juice Was charged for a muffin wasn’t even in my bag TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Don’t recommend this Dunkin Donuts!!!!!!!!

I have been to this place several times..... It always has a dirty feel to it is usually smells not clean and has a sticky floor on several occasions. The staff seem to change a lot but, i yet have had a good experience where I feel comfortable. I usually get the feeling like I am interrupting the staff from their social time. Or I feel like I am asking too much by ordering food or drink. It's all a shame as this location is nice because it's right by the parkway and semi convenient ( some times there is a lot of traffic) to make a quick stop.
