Danielle is awesome! Very attentive, and easy on the eyes. The food was good, pumpkin spice latte was good. They were out of croissants which is disappointing, but Danielle had us covered. Danielle is a true asset to the business.

I was just a tag along with my group and didn't try the coffee or food, but the men's room was one of the worst if not the worst I have ever had the misfortune of being in in my entire 32 years on this earth! Absolutely disgusting!!

This store is going from bad to worse. I would be able to get an extra cup if I had said the cup is extremely hot. What I got instead was an angry miserable employee who just yelled at me for asking her for a sleeve. I come now once a month ….. may be I will switch to once a year. Talk about driving customers away ???

Just stopped by this store for a quick coffee and the store was a train wreck. The girl seemed very flustered and kept talking to someone for over 3 minutes when there was a line of people. The guy seemed new and had no idea what he was doing and together it seemed like both of them were struggling. I come to this store regularly and I have never seen such level of customer service. Dunkin customer service in general has been terrible at all stores across our town and I am not surprised all the people that used to work here are not longer working here.

Pretty good DD. Convenient in and out. However, I don't like their ice, it's not too clear. Food is very good. I really like this Dunkin Shop. They do have the best coffee and tea. I also love their grilled cheese sandwich, with extra cheese for extra gooeyness. I like the donuts, although I don't have them often. The muffins are very good, but they don't have some of them all the time. I loved the apple cider donuts too, before they ran out of the mix to make them. They should definitely bring them back this fall because pumpkin everything is getting old. They should also bring back the cheese bagel twists. They never have them anymore. The breakfast sandwiches are good and I get them occasionally. The bagels are not my favorite. They seem kind of hard most of the time and they should be soft and squishy. They should try to work on that because they always seem stale. The croissants are good, not as good as a croissant made in France, but not bad. I like the new sourdough bread that they have now. The avocado toast is very good. I don't like the sundried tomatoes though. They should try to build on the avocado toast because it is so popular with healthy people. I use to like the egg white veggie flatbread but they don't have that all the time now. They should try to add new things to the menu because people like diversity alot in the items they choose for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I don't like that they changed their rewards program. It is a step backwards even tho they added new items to choose from. They had one of the best customer appreciation rewards program before and now it is perceived as a take away with not getting as many points towards free drinks.
I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Awesome friendly service. Their black tea is good!

I appreciated that this was one of only a handful of Dunkin's open on Christmas Day. Got a a latte, bagel w/ veggie cream cheese, and a breakfast sandwhich. Despite it being a holiday, my order was processed quickly and correctly, which is all I can really ask for. I asked for a cup of water on my way out and staff were gracious enough to give me one. No complaints!
