They have made my drink entirely wrong 3 times in a row and I wonder if they actually train the staff on how to make the drinks or if theyre just free balling in there. Very bad attitudes in the drive thru, I had a lady glare at me so bad after telling her “Thank you! Have a good day!” it kinda felt like she could’ve spit in my drink 😭😭 I used to frequent this location a few years ago and it was great, I have no clue what happened.
My drink tasted yummy and the donut was fresh. While I understand an early morning shift is not ideal, I found the workers to be a bit stand offish and rude.

Drinks are made inconsistent, food was cold today- I ordered the DD wrap which is gross if cold. Staff was extremely rude today, I was there at 12:45pm drive thru. Employee did not say hello or thank you, have a night day, nothing. No customer service whatsoever. Ridiculous! I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

We are incredibly upset and disappointed in how disrespectful the service was here. When we asked for a certain donut the lady at the drive through was nasty about it and not polite at all, acting like we were wrong for just ordering food like a normal customer. One of us ordered an egg and sausage wake up wrap. When she opened when we got home, we were all disgusted, there was a A piece missing from the sausage that looked distinctly like somebody took a bite out of it. It definitely didn't look like it fell apart or broke. Then when we went back to this Dunkin to explain the situation and get a new one. He was extremely rude and uncaring whatsoever. He didn't have any good customer service skills at all.

Coffee was better than expected. Apple fritter was tasty. Counter staff was too busy talking to each other and seemed uninterested in real customer service.

The girls working today at 2:30 on July 3rd are extremely loud and obnoxious. I should have just walked out after they were fighting who was going to take my order and then the girl who did started yelling at the others about making my coffee. The store was empty and there was no one at the drive up I don’t understand what the problem was.

Service was horrible today. Asked me if I wanted separate or same bags for my donuts. I said separate. She proceeded to put in the same bag. When I said I did ask for separate! She says I heard the same bag. I just starred at her and she gives me another bag, and then walks away laughing and didn’t come back. I am really upset.

This place consistently gets orders wrong. The drinks are always inconsistent. I've ordered a toasted bagel twice now, and they cannot get this straightforward order correct. I don't understand why they refuse to toast their bagels. I will not be ordering here agan.

I visit this Dunkin out of convenience when I am late for work, but I literally always have an issue with my order. Yesterday it was hashbrowns burnt to a crisp. The previous order, I ordered a Dunkalatte and it was definitely just iced coffee. Last week the employee told me toffee nut flavor doesn't exist. Items will be missing on a pickup order and the employees won't say anything unless you point it out to them. It is issue after issue here and I really don't understand why. It's not a new location anymore. The kinks should have been worked out by now.

This is the worst dunkin around. The only thing going for them is the convenience of the location. They frequently mess up orders and they’re always out of stock for different items. For whatever reason they only ever have Boston cream donuts, never anything else. If you place an order for pick up, check it before you go. Not only do they mess up drink orders but if they’re out of an item, they won’t tell you. You’ll leave having been charged and getting nothing in the item’s place. Ive been inside multiple times when customers are irate for one reason or another. If you go in to place an order, you’ll also wind up waiting 2-3x longer than you would had you gone through the drive thru. I don’t know who the manager is, but these issues have been persistent since this location opened. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.
