Someone, it's time to file a good legal complaint against the owner of this establishment. They're going to see that after a good lawsuit and you make him go to the dunkin's representative to the court with the city's consumer prosecutor.. You'll see how good he gets... And they close this place or change employees... the employees do whatever they want... they have the bathroom stucking toilet door blocked... The blocked service door where the city inspectors are, oh no, right now I'm sending a complaint to the New York City consumer center. And get some good tickets... The main employee who has contact with the costumer looks at you and sweeps you with her gaze from head to toe... as if you were asking her for a favor by coming to put money into this business. What's wrong with this business... it's short of employees... how much does it pay them per hour? 10$ pesos.? 8$pesos?.. oops no I will never park in this place again.. This dunkin is in a perfect stop off the taconic. The truly unfortunate thing about this place is that the people working here just really don't care. MULTIPLE times I have been here and they are either joking around and not getting my order or on their phone without a care in the world. If you can, avoid this place. Doing this review now because they tried to double charge me for 2 coffees that they forgot to give to me.

I go every day and order the same 2 coffees and it’s like every other day or so, they can’t get the order right. Management should be on top of staff and the person at the takeout window should be checking the orders as they hand the order to the client.

Only pointing out Dorian who was sitting doing something on an iPad. A coworker in the back asked if he could come help because they were behind. Dorians comment was “no you got it” There was multiple people waiting and clearly other orders coming in. To say that in front of customers waiting is completely rude and inappropriate.
