I have allergies to dairy product. My husband asked for a Chai with almond milk, (he told them 3 times). When the Chai was ready, he asked again did you used almond milk, the said yes. Trusting them I drank the chai. Half hour after I starter having an allergic reacción to the chai.

Ordered a large coffee with 6 French vanilla shots and 9 cream, and a medium hazelnut light and sweet both were basically black(no sugar or cream or flavor) I travel in this area a lot and will never use this Dunkin ever again!

I don't hang out here but love the Dunkin Donuts coffee, French crullers and the Flory's buttered rolls. Depending on the Dunkin Donuts staff some days it's cleaner or messier than others. The Flory's section is always spotless.
Parking: Since it's a carry out gas station parking is limited and short term
Wheelchair accessibility: Small space but accessible. Limited accessible parking.
Nightmare. They take 20 minutes to make a cup of coffee and don't answer at the drive thru. Don't waste your time if you want to keep your job because no matter how early you leave for work, they will make you late.***management*** try hiring people with a sense of urgency who actually care and try. Your workers here are useless and half asleep.

I made a mobile order at 9:24 and didn’t get my bagel until 5 minutes before 10. There was two young crew members that were standing around on their phones not doing anything. I asked if my mobile order was ready and they told me that someone will be right with me and proceeded to go back on their phones. After waiting for 20+ minutes just to receive a burnt bagel. I’ve had nothing but issues with this Dunkin. I am no longer a loyal customer to this location.
