I came here today, November 7th at 2:30 pm. This girl with brownish/blonde hair in a ponytail and glasses, had the most disgusting attitude that I have ever encountered in my 40 years of living. Right off the bat her attitude was terrible even from the speaker. When I went up to the window asking a question, she shot me the rudest look like it were a disgrace to even open my mouth. As the mayors wife, I would expect better from this dunkin in front of a high school. I will be taking this encounter into consideration in the near future.

WOW!! The service here is AMAZING. I’m in here maybe 2 or 3 times a day because I work across the street and wow!! Service is always AMAZING. these guys are always friendly and welcoming!! Thank you to the girl that helped me when I ordered my pumpkin spice latte!

Stood there for 10 minutes while 3 workers just walked by and stared at me. Walked away came back and one of the girls just walks up to the register with half yellow half black hair and just stared into my soul. Didn’t say a word. Just a weird interaction. So I go are you good??? Weird enough for me to leave a review lmao. Does this place not have a manger? Seems like they think it’s gonna run itself

I have allergies to dairy product. My husband asked for a Chai with almond milk, (he told them 3 times). When the Chai was ready, he asked again did you used almond milk, the said yes. Trusting them I drank the chai. Half hour after I starter having an allergic reacción to the chai.

Everytime I go to this dunkin the workers are frantic; No proper management on site. Regardless of what I order it takes a minimum of 10-15 minutes in restaurant to receive ANYTHING. Waited on a worker to acknowledge my presence after ordering for an additional 10 minutes, just to receive a donut that they are supposed to hand out after the transaction. Upon ordering in the drive thru, since that seems to be the only thing they care about, a worker came to ask me to pay, after I had already payed for my order to which he forgot about me sitting in the window for no lie, another 10 minutes.. To proceed to hand me a BURNT wakeup wrap, which isn’t out of the ordinary for them. Never when I come in is it a good experience, and I leave way more frustrated than If I would’ve never came in at all. Not to be harsh, but having worked at a dunkin myself, If you dislike your job, quit. But don’t continue to give half-a service. Its quite ridiculous. Waste of money, time and a good attitude!
One of the worst dunkins’ in the 845 if u get something from here expect to be missing something or ur meal tasting terrible, they need older employees who know how to do their job properly

I am a Dunkin lover and this was the best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. My drink was beautiful and delicious and the food was perfection. There’s a drive through which is always a plus and the employee was very patient and kind.
