I don't hang out here but love the Dunkin Donuts coffee, French crullers and the Flory's buttered rolls. Depending on the Dunkin Donuts staff some days it's cleaner or messier than others. Nightmare. They take 20 minutes to make a cup of coffee and don't answer at the drive thru. Don't waste your time if you want to keep your job because no matter how early you leave for work, they will make you late.***management*** try hiring people with a sense of urgency who actually care and try. Your workers here are useless and half asleep.

Horrible. Waited in the drive-thru and literally left!! Horrible service, very slow. All of the DD off of Route 9 is the best option, even if you have to drive further.

I made a mobile order at 9:24 and didn’t get my bagel until 5 minutes before 10. There was two young crew members that were standing around on their phones not doing anything. I asked if my mobile order was ready and they told me that someone will be right with me and proceeded to go back on their phones. After waiting for 20+ minutes just to receive a burnt bagel. I’ve had nothing but issues with this Dunkin. I am no longer a loyal customer to this location.

Don't go through the drive-thru early in the morning to grab a quick coffee before work. They don't get in a hurry at all, and the way the drive-thru is set up you cand just leave, i was almost late for work because i sat there 10

This has to be the worst DD in the country! Rarely open on time, closed early, terrible wait times especially at drive through, and on and on. There is zero management for oversight or any sense of responsibility, the store is run by all teenagers that couldn't care less how long someone waits, let alone get an order right.

Unbelievable they are cutting munchin sizes in half? Could have purchased a donut for less and received more. Dunkin...you cut size you sell less = same profit + customer loss. Your product is not unique to be sufficiently "sticky" enough to make those types of changes without loss of patronage. Might want to rethink strategy...I can't be the only person who's noticing.
They have guido kids working that are so horrible it’s crazy. If they spent the same amount of time on my order as they do gelling their hair I would be so happy.
