East Fishkill Provision

This place smokes it's own meats , sausages too . Got a ham sandwich and it was great . The ham was very good . The sandwich was good size and the bread was excellent . If I get back in the area I will definitely be stopping in .

Excellent service and KILLER meats and sandwiches. They make their own cold cuts on site and you can really taste the difference. We have them cater all our bbq's now because everything is so good. We have never had something that wasn't top quality.

This is a primo smokehouse with an incredible deli. But with a twist. It's Bavarian/German as opposed to Italian. And that is really tough to find. And a deli that MAKES THEIR OWN SMOKED and PREPARED MEATS really is a rarity. And they do it well. With a great attitude. They are right off the Taconic, they're near 84, not far off 87, and close to heaven for carnivores. Checkout the website.

My sandwich was so so good. Employees were very welcoming, friendly and kind. I ended up leaving my purse behind and they kindly held it behind the counter for me. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! This place is a must try. Thank you!!!

I been coming here since I been a kid. I love this is a family own and running business. The food and service is always top notch . They truly love east fishkill and the people here. It shows in how much effort they put in their food and taken care of people . The daily specials are amazing. My favorite is the pork schnitzel . A must try. George , Gus , and the whole family makes more than great food they make a great community. If you have never been there it’s a must have .
