The employees are running this business into the ground. I love the salads/food, but the service is terrible. I hope the owner reads all of the reviews about the staff and makes changes before it's too late.

I didn’t even get out of the store before i left this review. I ordered and acai bowl and an avocado toast. It was my first time here and the girl at the counter was so sweet and patient with me! The staff was kind and friendly and the place is clean. This is definitely a spot to check out. Options for everyone and everything is FRESH. Keep it up and to the girl that took my order you go girl!!

I could only speak for the very few pastries and coffee that's the reason I stopped by. It was a rainy day so I was craving for something sweet and hot coffee. Sadly they only had 2 options for sweets and very cold coffee. I asked them if they could warm up my coffee in a microwave which they said yes, however when I got it back it was just as cold. I was a bit disappointed because it looked good on pictures.

The açaí bowl was poorly put together - the bananas were old the Nutella was slapped on top and stuck to the lid. The açaí was hard like a rock I never had it like that before. The avocado toast was supposed to have salt and pepper and it was literally an avocado spread on toast. No flavor at all. The woman working the counter seemed to be annoyed that I was unfamiliar with the menu, no smile or anything. I won’t be returning, sorry :(

I’ve been here multiple times and the blonde lady who makes my açaí bowl always makes it perfect and doesn’t blend the açaí. There’s other girls who blend it and I’m eating soup with granola and almonds. The other girls are always giving me a smoothie instead of an açaí bowl. Ridiculous I’m done going to this place.

I used to love this place - especially for their Poke bowls. They have really started to skimp on the tuna. There was literally less than 1 ounce of tuna in my bowl. I have also experienced semi-frozen tuna in my bowl which was a total disappointment. For the price I think I will go elsewhere for my Poke bowls.

the food is absolutely amazing, the employees are a different story. they do not care about their customers & they always make orders completely wrong. i’ve been there 3 times in the past week hoping to see a difference and there was none. my salad was served without dressing…. like how? my cobb salad was served with cucumbers.

I love fresh, but today when ordering the lady on the phone was so rude and basically said my order wasn’t going to be ready. I get to the store a few minutes after the time she had said and it still wasn’t ready. It was ample time to have this order ready so between the rudeness on the phone and lack of preparedness I have to rate 3 star! Would have been 5 if not for today. Usually service is also decent except for one other time they made the wrong juice.

The food is okay. Don't bother with online ordering. Every single time I have placed an online order, it has been catastrophically messed up (cancelled because they are closing early, missing items, menu completely inaccurate, etc.). Every instance has resulted in requiring a significant refund, which takes multiple weeks of persistently calling them until somebody is around who can actually do something. Not worth the trouble.

Pretty pricey place and food/smoothies/service are mediocre. I’m happy to have a place like this in town however EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve called to place an order, I’m told 10-15 minutes and the order is never ready, sometimes not even started. I recently ordered one of their meals, waited 15 min to pick up, only to get there and be told they had no more of an ingredient used in the meal; therefore food wasn’t ready and hadn’t been started. They should take customer’s number when placing an order so they can contact them regarding any issues. Had to choose a different meal once there. The worker that helped me was questionable, she was nodding off at the register while taking my new order. A little concerning.

I really enjoyed my salad and juice shot from this establishment however I placed an order for pickup and when I arrived at the restaurant it had been about 30 min since, and my order still wasn't ready. I walked in and there was only one person working that day, seriously? Management needs to hire more staff and not leave one person alone during the lunch rush. In the ten minutes I was inside waiting for my food 3 people walked out, presumably because of the wait. I'd like to return but will think twice since I don't have the luxury of waiting around at lunchtime.

Went in the morning and got a parfait with fruit and it was amazing. Loved the food and definitely will be back. Friendly stuff and very warming place to be. Thank you!

I didn’t really want to write a review but I gave the owner ample time to respond to my issues via email and they did not respond.Nonetheless I do not recommend purchasing any juice cleanse from the location. I’ve done this with a few location but this one was the most disorganized. I don’t have time to assemble my own drinks, I also do not care for drinking juice out of soup bowls!If I was told before hand that they didn’t have bottles and that I am getting my $100+ dollar juice order placed into soup bowls I would not have ordered here.The lady at the counter was polite and courteous.I will go back to the other place I order my juices from now on.

Didn't even have the ingredients for multiple items on the menu. Salad was overpriced for what you get. Please spend your money elsewhere as this place is not worth your time.
