How is this place not being checked for fresh food? 1st time here I ordered a Greek salad and it came with rotten see-through cucumbers!! I brought it back to to counter to complain and the worker looked like she had no idea what I was talking about. Just plain gross!! Gave me my money back!!

I love their ceasar salads, but most of the time, they don't have it. (insert sad emoji...) It just really bums me out when I wake up in the morning looking forward to my lunch break, and I cant get no ceasar salad. Please order more lettuce and dressing

Place is going way down. Gave me raw lamb burgers then replaced it with an overcooked disgusting replacement. The place is out of all paper products and the inside looks like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Being run by 3 young college kids... Owner missing for weeks!
Great concept and idea! I had it a couple months ago and thought it was good. Too bad it's awful now. Save yourself and don't go!

Been here many times and have had my share of inconsistencies.
Have not been here in some time. Ordered a poke bowl take out, got home opened the bag and notice immediately that the size of the order has substantially shrunk. It tasted very good however scant on the meat and heavy on the quinoa.
Guess the economy is still in the toilet with inflation and the cost of doing business in spite of what we’ve been lead to believe and shoved down our throats ,,,businesses have to do whatever they can to keep the margins profitable otherwise out of business they go,,,,in this case I think I’d rather pay an extra $1-$1.50 than to settle for decreasing portion,,,,dunno,,,it’s toss up I guess….

Wow!!!!! My friend recommended Fresh Burger and we will DEFINITELY be returning! Great food and great service. I had the Fresh Burger and psyched to try the Lamb Burger next trip. The fresh juice of the day was really good too.

Got a salad and payed for extra Avocado. You have to pay before you get your food and I stupidly left a tip before I even received my food.Got my salad with no avocado........Burgers are mediocre. Would not recommend visiting here.

We found out that it keeps closing early day by day we will now stop going there the staff is not as friendly anymore we used to go at least once a week but now we will never go so sorry that you can not get food at 5:30 because they need to clean the store

Advertises they close at 7pm but have went to visit before 7pm (within the 5-6:30pm range) and has been closed each time.First time i ordered from Fresh was at 6:30pm because i saw the advertised 7pm time , put the order in, got there and was told they were closed so i had to go back when I was able to find them actually open and have my order remade.

I hate to do it but today was kind of my last straw with Fresh Burger. My coworkers and I have been coming here off and on for some months and it's a hit or miss but usually a miss. Today we ordered online, and I ran to pick up food on my break. Once I got back to my work establishment, I noticed my bag was missing half of my order. Also, another person I work with had ordered the Chicken Broth Bowl and it had NO broth. I called and they offered to refund however I was hungry, so I drove back and picked up the food. I was a little disappointed because this is time off the clock and money I lost to go back.Once I got back there the girl was super sweet and remade my coworkers order along with the other half of my order. I returned once again to my place of employment and gave the updated and remade order to the person in the office. The broth was ice cold and not all the ingredients were in the bowl. She threw it out and didn't eat. I called for a refund and was told it would take 3-5 days which is normal. What I didn't like is that there was no way to give a confirmation on the refund, and I honestly don't have time to clock the establishment or employees to get a refund. I do hope someone reaches out to the girl whose food was cold and wrong. (Small things like this have happened over the last few encounters I have had with this establishment, I just never was irritated enough to leave a review being that things happen, and people make mistakes) I believe when you are paying for a service or food things should try to be done correctly.On a positive note. I have ordered my husband burgers from here and he does like them very much and I would recommend the onion rings I truly like them, and their Ceasar salads are okay too.
