Don't come here expecting the workers to be kind. Last three times I came here I received horrible customer service. Workers standing around talking and ignoring customers. Then when they *finally* decide to acknowledge you, its met with attitude. They act like you're bothering them since you came into an open business for food. Then after they rudely take your order, they'll throw it on the counter when it's ready. Never coming back which is sad since I used to enjoy this place.

It’s really unfortunate that this bagel shop can just not get things right. You can never order a breakfast sandwich and expect it to be what you ask for. A simple b.e.c with scrambled eggs and double bacon comes with basically egg whites and 1 slice of bacon even after the up charge.( this is time and time again not just this once) I always say im not going back but this time is the last im tired of throwing away money.

The lines are long but this is a treat for my daughter when she visits. Her only complaint was your television channel choice. She would have preferred a neutral choice of a weather channel.

I really do like the egg sandwiches here and how the bagels taste but every single time I order just a simple bakers dozen of bagels they still manage to either give me someone else’s order entirely or there are things missing. At first I thought it was because maybe they were busy and I was ordering at peak hours (i worked in food service so I know in high stress situations mistakes can happen). So I try to order during the week at non peak hours to ensure that doesn’t happen and yet it still does. They don’t even answer the phone EVER when they’re open so I can’t even call to address to issue. Which to me not answering the phone at a bagel place is ridiculous. This has happened to me multiple times and I have not written a bad review but now it’s way too many times for me not to say anything. Sad to say I’m gonna find somewhere else to get bagels that can handle simple orders because this place clearly cannot.

I paid for a bagel order at 6:11am over the phone they charged my credit card then asked when I wanted to pick them up I said 1pm when I arrived they told me they didnt have my order I would have to subsitute for diffrent bagels. How do you take my money and not bag up my order right away!

The quality of the bagels has gone down severely under the new ownership. Bagels are now very tough, flavorless, and are closer to what you would expect from a gas station. I imagine some corners are being cut behind the scenes..

I don't know what some of the negative reviews are talking about, This place was great! There was a good selection of flavors and the bagels were crusty outside, but soft and chewy inside. They had lots of cream cheese flavors and also had a non-dairy option. The service was quick and efficient.
