I placed an order on Tuesday for the $20 meal bucket supposed to be six pieces of chicken four side orders biscuits all for $20 first time they tried to charge me for two buckets of chicken four large orders of side orders$45 I told him that's not what I wanted I sent my granddaughter in with for the order I had to send him back in to get the order again my granddaughter they screwed it up again I set the phone in with the ad p I had called earlier to see if I had to place it online or can I do it in person and the guy told me it's okay to come in and ask for the deal in person So we drive out to Hopewell and place the order p I got nothing but screw up they beat me for $5.49 on a large macaroni and cheese when it was supposed to been four side orders and I only got three the bucket of chicken was all dark meat was supposed to be a variety of meat there was such a screw-up I will never deal with these people get out there they're all Spanish I couldn't get one person to understand what was written I showed him the phone ad the people couldn't even understand that because they're all foreigners you need to get somebody to understand English at least one person that can read or understand English It is tough to do when they're all foreigners and they don't read or understand English the American youth in this country does not like to work what we have a foreigners working are kids have lost the ability to work in this country the KFC in Hopewell has ripped me off so many times I won't Go back

I made an order and got home to my family and all orders were wrong no sauces as I asked for. I called to explain my situation and was given a horrible attitude and given no help besides come pick it back up. That would be an extra 35min of driving with kids waiting for dinner. I recommend never going to this place. A bunch of nasty people who can’t understand my language of English and get it wrong and really don’t care.

This is actually quite a nice place. It's fairly clean. At least the counter and drink area were very clean. The floor could use a little work. I'm sure they'll work on it after they get through this little rush. The food was good as always. I especially like to dip my biscuit and the chicken into the mashed potatoes. The service was friendly, and i quickly received my meal. So yes, I recommend this location.

Ordered a two piece all white meat meal and got a dried out chicken wing and I guess a piece of chicken that must’ve sat here all day long. I’m pretty sure the chicken is probably also born the same year I was. There’s no napkins at the tables no ketchup no nothing so you have to literally ask every time you want a new napkin.

They make their chickens sandwiches using chicken fingers instead of the fillets. What a ripoff. Edit: I ordered again and they left out 3 of the 7 items that we ordered. This place is a joke.

Slow service. Waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and an order of chicken strips.
Unfortunately, after eating here for many years, I have to give this a negative review now. Too many times we've had mediocre or negative experiences (amongst some positive over the years). What finally pushed us to never eat here again was the refusal to accept our mailed coupons. They were charging nearly double what the coupons advertised and it's just not worth it at all now. An 8 piece bucket with 2 sides is like $35 now. Not worth it at all at this point any more. The coupons were the only reason we ever stopped in anymore to begin with. Just buy fried chicken from your local grocery store at this point, it's a third of the price and tastes the same. It's really sad to see this franchise come to this after enjoying the food since I was a little kid. Also, I want to note, the cashier was nice and tried to explain everything. It's the franchise owner not allowing coupons anymore that's the problem.
