Mario's Brick Oven Breads

The bread is amazing. You would not believe how good it tastes. My favorite are the rolls, they do not need butter.
We purchased the pasta, it cooks in 4 minutes. It is a great meal to put together after a long day.
Their cookies, yummy!!
Just make sure you have enough cash because you will want to buy everything.

The reason I'm giving this three stars is because while they do have good breads, they have clearly changed the recipes over the past few years. For example, the olive bread was TO DIE FOR... my family would buy several loaves weekly, but now the olive bread is dry, bland, and completely different than it was. We pray they bring back the original recipes that made people love them so much!

I love the bread here the bread here is amazing I prefer it even over Arthur avenue bread and that's saying something right there in itself they're ricotta cheese that they sell in their mozzarella better than Arthur avenue

I grew up in Rockland County and have fond memories of visiting Rockland Bakery and walking through the aisles and aisles of bread. I was really happy to find Mario’s and no visit there ever disappoints. I try not to go in with more than $20 in cash that way I’m not buying half the store but everything we’ve ever tried is wonderful. I never leave without at least 2 prosciutto breads and coffee cakes. It smells heavenly, the breads are outstanding, and the service is always friendly and wonderful. Bonus points because my son gets a small roll and a smile each time we visit.

Delicious homemade breads and rolls. We love the spiral rolls and any kind of their breads. Also sold is homemade ravioli and a variety of pasta’s and freshly made mozzarella cheese. Simply wonderful shop!

Visiting NY from Florida. While driving through Hopewell Junction my Aunt insisted we stop at her usual visit for bread. I mentioned crumb cake and she said Mario's has great crumb buns. I bought 4 for breakfast the next day and they were amazing! Brought back memories of my childhood. I cannot find that taste where I live. I'll want to go back when visiting the area.
