Despite the current conditions of Carroll's corporation; I have a fond love for them in my heart because of the training opportunities they provide. Burger King will always have a place in my heart. I was glad to sit here at this location when I was on my way to the unemployment office in Hornell. I was born here and remember coming here as a kid. Wonderful service. And I love the smell of the burgers in the air. A burger king fan for life. I appreciate this experience so much. I had sat down, watched Cinevault on Tubi and just relaxed. Much like my outings are in general... a way for me to relax.

I sat in the drive thru for 5 mins before they wanted me to pull over in the front worst customer service skills I have ever seen in my life!!!! It’s a drive thru for a reason not to pull in the front worst ever!!! I will never ever be returning again

As long as you order off the menu with no modifications you're good. No tomato? Not gonna happen. Extra bacon, you're gonna pay for it, but you won't get it. I asked for the mushroom swiss topper on a bacon king, just about shut the store down with confusion. Canceled the order and went to Taco Bell.

The food was fine but after trying to order on the app, I got an error where the transaction went through but didn’t process through to this location. Asked the employee/manager that I paid for it and even showed the transaction that money was taken out but they said we can’t do anything about giving me my food that I paid for. “You will need to call up the app company for your money back” and walks away quickly….

Some of the upper management are so rude for no reason to both the employees and the customers. To test it i was extra polite this morning and the manager was very cold and rude when I came through the drive thru. I had to come right back inside to pick up another order and it was tossed at me and my thank u have a good day was met with rude gd I can not wait until lunch comments. It's a family restaurant and as upper management if u can't check you're attitude at the door how can you expect the younger employees to? You are shaping the leaders and the example that you want them to follow. And other employees are bersted and put down in front of customers. Horrible do better.
