I told them my order and they gave me something totally different was not very friendly at all was not listening to my order at all and also gave my fiancé something that didn’t taste like what he asked for and over heard them tell a customer on head set that they don’t have hash browns and they are not mc Donald’s that if they wanted it to turn around and go back to McDonald’s

Place is very slow to get your order. Totally ridiculous. Waited over five minutes numerous times just to order and then another five minutes just to get a doughnut. Absolutely ridiculous I come down here for the month every year for hunting season and it’s the same thing every damn day.

I’m not sure what to tell you aside from that it’s a crapshoot if you’re getting in and out quickly. Staff get overwhelmed easily and you can hear them complain behind the counter.

Every time I go to Dunkin they mess up my order then act rude to me for asking them to change it.. one day they messed up my order of three things( messed them all up) then continued to blame it on a new worker.. I even try to go at different times and that doesn’t seem to help something is always messed up

Pulled in the drive-thru at 8:45pm. Requested a large hot coffee. I was told that they closed at 9pm so they didn’t have anymore. I requested the brew a pot since they were open until 9pm. They told me things were cleaned up and they would not do that. I requested to speak to a manager but none were on duty. I requested their name so I could tell corporate who I spoke to when I called to complain. They refused to give it to me. So if you’re looking for coffee and it’s near closing time they will probably not serve you.

The customer service is very bad that day I went to the drive-through then the woman on the drive-through starts screaming on me because I want to pay as a tab it from my phone and she told me you should told me that you want to tap it so I don’t wait you and she starts screaming on me

Idk what happened to this place but its definitely downhill. I wanted a medium iced latte with caramel and I somehow got a large cup of just straight milk no coffee in it at all really and barely any caramel. Im just disappointed
