I really really tried to have good experiences here i just can't. Nothing is ever made right the first time. They can't even enter in the orders right. Ive tried coming at different times of day and it's the same thing every shift. The only consistent thing are their mistakes.

Skimpy on the icing! When I want a donut I want that thing smothered in icing. Corporate company trying to squeeze out every last penny lol

I'd give it les then 1 star rude ..slow in consistency.. lights out on order menu wich led to them saying I'm loud don't yell and baning me from store I will never go back

We attempted to go on for a quick breakfast. we waited over 40 minutes. we were told they had nothing we ordered and had to pick other food. when that came out it was still frozen. we had to a for the drink ordered 15 times. the place was filthy and they were sending people from the drive through to come in and still did not give them their food. many left after paying without food. there was plenty of staff but none knew what to do. The Tim Hortons in town is excellent, clean, and efficient. Go there if you need something. I never saw such a dysfunctional local franchised place.

I went into the lobby this morning..there was one gentleman in front of me...he ordered and left to the pick up area...I stood in line for almost 15 minutes waiting for one of the employees to wait on me. There was noine behind me. Finally the girl at the drive thru window asked someone to wait on me
I placed an order for 2 hot coffees...that's it! Then it took almost 15 minutes before someone asked me "you still waiting for your coffee?" I was beyond pissed at this point..I replied YES...I ONLY ORDERED 2 HOT COFFEES...so she got them for me....that is the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere!!!!!

It amazes me that this Dunkin has AnY customers at all. My order is usually wrong or wait time is unreal. It's known in the community and with other Dunkin workers that this particular store just doesn't have it together. There also appears to be a high turnover rate with employees. Love Dunkin but this store really tests my patience.

The service was too slow and they kept me waiting for so long. The staff didn't even care about the customers waiting in the lobby and only kept attending to the drive-thru customers. Finally, when they had time to take my order, I found out that they didn't have the donuts of my choice. I would never like to go back there.
