The drive thru speaker wasn't working, they took someone in the other lane before me so I just went up to the window to give them my mobile order number and the person at the window was extremely rude and had no idea how to get my order, like how hard is it, it's right there. Also was extremely slow getting people through the drive thru and it wasn't even a busy time of the day being after lunch and before dinner time

I ordered breakfast online around 10 before breakfast ended and my fiancée got there to get the food and they said it’s too late and there was nothing they could do. You could’ve made the sandwich which is the stuff you already have in the back. I paid for it.

We dont have the greatest McDonald's in hornell but this morning they stamped themselves as the worst McDonald's ever i mean u can't mess up breakfast but they managed to mess it up and mess it up well first off my sausage mcmuffin tasted like the sandwich was sitting around forever the hash browns disgusting they needed to be cooked more the only thing they did correctly was the orange juice and I was scared about that we don't need a McDonald's if that's what they are doing me and my wife's sandwiches weren't even wrapped right sandwiches half out the bag terrible just terrible

Curbside pickup has been very slow for the past couple of months. After waiting 20-30mimutes someone comes out saying the breakfast menu has ended, even though the app let me order it, then my wait time started all over again. But in fairness, they seem understaffed, which is really just the result of billionaire greed.
Fast paced but good was just not right and tasted awful only thing was fries that was a bit better

The past 2 days the napkins were empty and no medium cup covers. The area was messy and the tables and floor on dining area were dirty. They should have a person every hour clean the dining area.

We waited 49 minutes for a fast food happy meal !! One meal !! Ridiculous . I felt bad for the boy bringing food out . All the tables were filthy . We waited 17 minutes for the 10 employees in the back to even notice we were there to order . Worst experience ever !!!!
