Ordered a pizza. 1.5 hours later call back. Said they had wrong address. 2hrs later frustrated call back and the lady who took the order stated I'm canceling your order and hung up the phone. Go somewhere else. Most RUDE people ever when I tip them 20 dollars every delivery.

Food is always good but I placed an order for a couple dozen wings. Ordered at 5:04p. Was told was busy said we can’t give a delivery time. I understood because it’s busy on a Sunday. 6:08 still no food so called and said it would be soon. 6:23 still no food. Called back and was told fryers were full and wing’s are not ready yet. Getting close to 1.5 hrs and food was still in fryer. I cancelled my order but they called back and said they are getting out if fryer now. Asked if possible to get discount…$40 already not including tip. Was told no so I said just cancel. Ordered Giovanni’s and had food within 45 min. Pats always have good food but waiting 1.5 hrs and food still in fryer is unacceptable.

Great pizza and wings, staff has always been friendly for me. The only complaint I have is when the weather is hot and muggy, it's a lot hotter in Pat's. But ordering for pickup or delivery is the easy way to not worry about the heat.

We Was in an air bnb in middle of nowhere and this place out of 3 places I called took my delivery ? shout out to this pizza shop they are the real mvps, and the food was amazing especially the calzones and wings ?? oh and the garlic knots and fried mushrooms ?.....oh and the girl answering the phone was the best help and very friendly ....
