Terrible service! The staff was rude and inattentive. We had to wait for ages to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. Highly don’t recommend. No refund & not a fresh plate offered.******.as she claimed this is a false review (which it is not) these are the to go containers sparkys uses, my boyfriend worked for you for 2 years and the last time I was in your restaurant was on Friday 4/05. The last time I ate there was saint patties day, please don’t lie!!! I will post all the comments off the Facebook post where there is hundreds complaining of their food!

The food is outstanding at Sparky's. The smashbirger, Mac salad and Philly cheese steak subs are cooked to perfection and loaded with lots of fresh items. The service is amazing. You are waited on quickly after seating yourself. You get alot of food for a great price. Reminder to bring cash for the tip because they cannot do a tip on card. Definitely try out Sparky's if you're in the Hornell area. They have amazing Perrys ice cream and many flavors as well.mmm. ?
Had a lovely experience at Sparky’s. Food was awesome, service was good and the vibe was comfortable. I had a smash burger and Mac and cheese balls! They were amazing. Can’t wait to come back and try more things!
