I know this place has a lot of bad reviews but we had a great experience. The workers were super friendly (more than any other Subway we have been at) and understanding of our two small children. Food was good and the workers even gave us a coupon to use. We had a great experience!

Bought two meal of the day witch was suppose to be half turkey subs two drinks and potato chips or two cookies for each. The young lady at the register said the pop machine was not working. But I could pay for drinks out of there cooler. But I had already payed for drinks that where part of the meal deal. No kind of refund for not getting our two drinks. Very bad management. Will not go there anymore. Beware of this place.

Bought a specialty item from mobile ordering and they were out of stock, the woman told me to come back the next month and grab one. I come back and they tell me I can’t do that. I hate donating to a big corporation. If I had at least gotten my money back I wouldn’t be so upset. Won’t be coming here again, maybe any subway.

Could not see meat & cheese display. Fogged up? Dirty? Scratched? Don’t know. Bread display not visible. Bread stale. Left heated sub open to get cold instead of doing first. All items left on counter for us to pick up & carry. Had to ask for a bag.

Long time customer....Tried to pay for my order with a $50 and I was informed that they're not allowed to take $50 dollar bills. I said well there are no signs letting customers know this. She said that they're not allowed to put signs up. The young lady wondered if I could go to a neighboring business and break the $50 then come back and pay for the food. I said no and left. I'm assuming they had to throw my order away after I left. Turning down cash and throwing inventory away....strange business model. McDonald's was happy to see my $50.
*** The young lady at the counter was nice as could be. I could tell she felt bad.

Do not order on the mobile app. Showed up at the time it said it was done and continued to wait 20 minutes at the window. This happens every time we use this app

I ordered on the mobile app at around 12:00 PM today & set my pickup time for 4:55 PM. After waiting at the pickup window for a few minutes, I realized the employee was having technical issues and I decided to come into the store instead. To my surprise, the poor employee was left completely abandoned and left to fend for herself without a manager present. I left the store around 5:10 PM, 15 minutes AFTER my pickup time that I had set HOURS earlier. Don’t bother mobile ordering on the app, this location does not value you as a customer and they do not care about your time!

Ordered 2 subway clubs and neither had the roast beef on it. Not the first time it's happened and they wouldn't do anything to fix it when I called to complain

Terrible service... not the first time but will be my last time ever going to this particular store. It seems as if everything else takes precedence over the customer standing there waiting to order. The woman seemed to be highly annoyed she was there.

My expectations are ALWAYS low when going to subway. But even still. I was disappointed.
Cookies were stale tasting and hard.
And my meatball sub. Had all of 3 meatballs on it. This is without a doubt. The WORSTZ subway ive ever been too.

I ordered 2 subs on the app and sent my husband to pick them up. It took over 10 mins and him honking several times to get anyone's attention at the window. This is not the first time. Not sure why they even have it when it takes all night to get our food from it every time. In addition, one of the subs was missing 2 ingredients and my husband was so pissed off, he couldn't even eat after the bull shit he dealt with a the window. I would not recommend ordering here if you want your food right and in a reasonable amount of time.
