I made an online order and I clearly said less buffalo sauce on my sib it was suppose to be ready by 5:50 p.m when I got there it was NOT ready the pic had a horrible nasty attitude!!! I got home my bread was toasted but soggy because she thought it would be a fine idea to load a massive amount of buffalo sauce on my sub I had to go else where to get another one never again will I come to this location

Who ever was working tonight 3/3/24 I made a mobile order was suppose to be ready by 5:55 p.m got there and our subs weren’t even ready! I said I wanted light buffalo sauce toasted with ranch and she thought it would be a fine idea to put a massive amount of buffalo sauce on my sub! Unfortunately I had to go to a different subway to get my sub made the correct way I didn’t want a soggy sub or a massive amount of buffalo sauce! I can say I will never ever go there again ever

I went to subway on Thursday 12/28/23 did not realize they were closed when I walked in and Tyler still insisted on my dinner! He has amazing customer service and the sub was perfect. I would highly recommend then when he is working he deserves a raise!

Bought a turkey sub and it had three pieces of turkey on a foot long sub. I hear this store is under new management. It won’t last long this way. I go to the one in wellsville and get three times the meat for the same price.
Made my sub wrong and admitted to it over the phone when we called about it and let us take it all the way home to realize it was wrong and had to come get a new one. Thanks.
