I ordered my daughter's cake and it was amazing. Not only did it look perfect but it tasted amazing. Cake was ready when arrived at pick up time. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Now for the designs, the glow in the dark theme, bright colors or neon themes selections are very limited to none. Unfortunately! But the gentlemen did help us pick out an alternative design and we were very pleased! I just wish more options were available for those themes! Only had 1 choice for sweet 16. What do you do when you're 16 years old isn't the girly type? Overall very pleased

Overall love the store but whomever is working self checkout today 6/9/23 at 10:50am could use some customer service training. As I was entering my shoppers club phone number she instructed me to hit cancel. This voided the shopper club from my order. I did not ask or need help so not sure why she felt she needed to instruct me. She seems like she wants to be anywhere but there. Customer service isn’t a glorious job I understand but people you applied, interviewed and accepted the position. Fake it til you make it!! I love Wegmans as a whole but one person can really ruin someone’s experience!

I am SO disappointed in the Hornell Wegmans bakery! I picked up the cake for my daughter's 11th birthday today, which was supposed to be bright yellow sunflowers with pretty green writing! Instead, we got orange flowers with poop looking brown centers & the ugliest green I've ever seen on a cake! 😡
When I told the bakery it was hideous, all they could say is that they used all natural colors...no mention of trying to make it right or offer of a discount! It's too late to change it, but be careful ordering from there, people! A cake with custard filling, it better taste good! 🥺
Oh, I also specified that only the M in her name is capital, but they certainly didn't listen & added a capital K too!
I should have known better, since they messed up last year too! Instead of a custard filling, the kids got strawberry, which they hated with the chocolate cake! I'm done with Hornell Wegmans bakery!!!

I was in the Hornell NY store this morning drinking my coffee minding my own business when a family of about the eight people came into the dining room section with no masks on any of them. They then proceeded to cough and one person grabbed a napkin from the soup area and blew her nose over the soup. They were never asked to put masks on by Wegmans management. I use Wegmans Pharmacy once a month, I take a maintenance drug. So I have no insurance, I am 63 yrs. old and I'm on my own in this world, so I spend out of pocket. 214.00 a month just to live normal. So yesterday I go to Dr. which I also pay, so I went to pick up meds, fully prepared to pay the 214.00 so I was lucky enough to get this angel named Kay! Every month when I get my meds I'm always held up at least an extra half hour because they try to run insurance, just habit f
