Due to poor allergen management, those with almond allergies can't eat any food here. The nut pretzels are stored on the top rack of the case, allowing particulate to fall onto the non-nut pretzels on the bottom rack. I wish our comments were taken more seriously by the staff when we said that the almond pretzels shouldn't be in the case as they were. Instead, we got a lecture about butter.

On august 12th, at 5pm we went to aunties Anne’s for a bite. We had to wait for the 3 girls to finish making their tik tok before being served. After we left, we sat at the bench near planet fitness. One of the girls then ran around the mall and got on the ground like a child.

Carly was incredibly rude, ignored my friend and I to have personal conversations with her coworkers, and got annoyed with us when we placed our order. We told her to have a good day and she said "yeah whatever," and continued her conversations with coworkers. We felt extremely disrespected.

Auntie Anne's has gotten pretty pricy over the last couple of years, but the service at this location was quick and friendly. I do wish they weren't located all the way in the back of the mall and were more conveniently located in the center, but other than that it's a fine location.

I was at the mall with my sister and we went to Auntie Anne's. My sister got a horribly dry pretzel, and I ordered a large pretzel nugget. I watched the worker take a small pretzel nugget and dump it in a large container without adding any more. She was incredibly rude. Poor experience, have no interest in coming here again and my friends will be advised to avoid this poor experience as well

Got our pretzels burnt and my nephew can’t chew on them due to only being a year old. We politely asked for a two new ones and got the rudest response ever. When we finally got the new ones we quietly waited in line to get a drink and the workers proceeded to talk about my mom and one even called her a the “B” word I will never come here again.
