Wow on tv the burger king jr looks great. But we got the 2 for $5.00 deal the item don't look the same, ours was a thin burger stone cold .lol well so much for that.

Food sucked was cold waited in drive thru with no one taking my order for 20 minuets second person in line. Then they took my order messed my order up and just about even the nuggets they gave instead of what I actually ordered were cold, the people that took my order in the drive thru even sighed at me when taking my order wasn’t even a big or annoying order.

Ordered my small meal, waited over 20 minutes watching the fellas in the kitchen, not in any hurry to fill orders. The people after me got their order & that's when I decided to walk out without my meal. They need a project manager to motivate these workers & guide them.

Took 30 minutes when there was only 1 car at window and no other vehicles. I figured maybe just a one time thing. It's been the last 6 times I've gone, 4 times I've left after 20+ minutes without even talking. Won't be surprised when it closes. Highly recommend you go anywhere else.

The quality of the Corning Burger King has definitely gone down hill. The hash browns are usually cold and squished. The chicken nuggets are lukewarm and have clearly sat for some time. The burgers are messy, too many of the condiments, not generally hot either.

Today’s service was kinda odd, a lot of things were broken like the freestyle machine, shake machine, and apparently they couldn’t even make burgers today? This isn’t a bad review but it’s just kinda odd

I went through the drive through this evening and the whole process took me a half hour. Several people behind me pulled out of line. That's way too long for fast food, but fine, whatever, sometimes they are backed up. So I pulled away from the window and discovered that my order was wrong. After the long wait I wasn't going to get back in line or even go inside. I didn't have the time. But I did call to express my dissatisfaction. I didn't yell, and wasn't rude. I just said it was not acceptable for it to take that long, and then get my order wrong. She didn't apologize or offer to reimburse, she just curtly said, "well we're short staffed like everywhere." Then she put me on hold. I'm baffled. Probably will not go back to this location.

Pulled into drive through. Was told they would be with me in a moment. Then proceeded to talk to other employees coming in to work, and talking about their weekend. Left me sit there 10 minutes while working on the other drive through orders. I left and went to Wendys. No line, great service, and the food was hot, tasty, and fresh. I know places are short staffed all over, but NO excuse to leave a customer just sitting without taking their order for an extended period of time.

Food took forever and employers didn’t seem to care. All employees seemed to work at a snails pace. Line was backed up through the front door and many people were sitting at tables waiting for food. Food seemed to be thrown in the bag. Took around an hour to get one meal. I would give it 0 stars but its not possible.

I already posted about stopping here & the filthy conditions over a year ago. My husband stopped here again on our way home from a motorcycle race. It has not improved! How are they still in business! The drinks area was littered with debris & obviously sticky. I wouldn't dare order a drink. I picked up his burgers which I watched them make so slowly... they had gloves on but for how long & what did they touch? $8 for a Whopper (no fries or drink) with a bonus case of food poisoning thrown in. I was sleeping or I would have stopped him from ordering from this horrible place.

Went there on way to work for 1 sandwich, took 3 tries before I actually got what I ordered! Don't go here if your in a rush or want accurate order. Ordered a chicken sandwich and got a wrap, went back ended up with 2 wraps and a rodeo burger, third time I went in and got the correct sandwich. Maybe if people weren't texting on their phones and standing around you'd actually get what you order the FIRST time!

Perfectly accurate mobile order with great parking for my trailer. Food temperature was perfect, portion size very generous. I am happy and will remember this location for my next trip.

If i could give this place a zero i would. My boyfriend and i went through the drive thru i ordered an original chicken sandwich off the fryer when i got home the sandwich was hard as a rock. My boyfriend opened his sandwiches and they only had mayo on them after they were ordered normal. Spoke to the manager and she was rude. Never coming back

I was just there and ordered a doublehamburger with bacon and they gave me a double cheeseburger. Ruined my lunch. Just crazy to me how oblivious they are to instructions. Hopefully it's better for someone else...
