As a self proclaimed chili’s connoisseur, I must say that this here chilis is the most wondrous food consumption facility that has ever crossed my paths. The service was absolutely fantastic. Honestly the best service I have gotten at any restaurant that I can remember. I wish I remembered both of my servers names but I can only think of Natalie at the moment. Regardless, everyone there was incredible! 10/10

The food, staff and everything and everyone here is wonderful. Everyone is in a positive mood and I'm having a wonderful experience! I'm a 100% disabled combat veteran, chilis has and always will give a lot better service than Applebee's, Applebee's didn't even want to serve me because I'm transgender out on veterans day, I left Applebee's to go to chilis, I should have just made the drive up here instead of going to the other place and walking...

It was a Monday night we went for dinner while visiting family in Horseheads. One person ordered the Brisket Quesadillas, tasted good, but when she was peeling open each piece of the quesadillas, most didn't have brisket, over kill of BBQ sauce and cheese. She had minus the jalapenos.
Another person had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad not much chicken in the salad. Seems like this could have been a one time issue since family that lives in Horseheads said it wasn't...
