I Went in to get some cinnamon rolls for my mother and they were closed around 4:57pm 4/18/23 … and yesterday i went in and the girl that was there had purple hair was just absolutely rude i will never return here !!!

Worst service ever! If I'm gonna spend over $25 on some cinnamon rolls I don't want them cold. First the girl with pink hair didn't even want to wait on us. Then said we would have to wait an hour for them to cool when we said what ones we wanted. There was about 15 on the side counter. Then puts a batch up in the window to sell (literally the ones we wanted) but she said she couldn't sell them to us bc they would ruin the box. But sold them to ppl in front of us. This very much irritated me. My daughter really wanted a snack so I got her a cherro. The thing was so hot she had to wait. This I'm fine with of course. But the whole reason we went to the mall was to get some stuff from bath and body and get cinnamon rolls. Never will I go there again.

It’s such a joy seeing the girls laughing and smiling every day i go there and they honestly just make my bad day turn around into a good one such a beautiful team they have it’s a shame to see such horrible comments people say cause my experience is always beautiful and respectful!!

I will NEVER give this establishment my money. They were NOT busy. No one else waiting to order and I nicely smiled and said we need a few minutes. FOUR TIMES I told her we needed a minute in under 1 minute of standing there. The girl then RUDELY asks " Are you ready to order or not, do you even know what you want?" And rolled her eyes and flipped around. Excuse me ma'am. If you hate your job so much go find a new one where you make more than minimum wage.*** I find it funny the owner only replies to GOOD reviews***

Out of the entire mall, this place has the worst customer service. All of the employees are super rude except for the one who knows only a little english and they always are yelling at her. I feel so bad anytime I go. Like, I work in customer service I get it, you have a bad day sometimes, but it’s every single time here. The blonde one especially!! No greeting or anything. Just “can i help you”. No “Hi! How are you, what can I get for you?”. She seems like she hates her job so much, just leave if you don’t like it. Find somewhere new to work. They always mess up your order it doesn’t matter what day of the week it is. She rolls her eyes and just has the absolute worst tone of voice. The entire mall has the sweetest employees except for this one place and it’s just infuriating honestly. Treat your customers better or go somewhere else it’s really that simple. I’ve had bad days at work and I’ve given a little attitude to customers because I took it out on them, but I apologized and moved on because I catch myself doing it. Don’t just take everything out on your customers and then not apologize for it…

Girls that were behind the counter were extremely rude! The blonde with the fake eyelashes was rolling her eyes at me and had attitude and so did the other 2 girls that were there. Blonde mumbled things about me because the others kept looking at me. Very unprofessional

Absolutely horrible. Idk who the red head is that is working there but they were so rude and disrespectful. They lost a loyal customer due to that employee. I hope she gets written up for her actions. I was there Sunday 9/18 30 minutes before close. Who ever was on for that shift with red hair needs to be fired immediately or get some unpaid time off to learn her lesson.

Got there around 7:04pm 4/13 and was waiting in line. Once the customer in front of me left. I was looking at the menu and knew I was up next. The person behind the counter said to me in a loud tone of voice “hurry up I’m already close”. I was a bit confused. Because it says on there official website they close at 9pm. So I didn’t say anything to them and just went on to order. I told the person I wanted classic roll and two cherros. The person replied “we don’t have any of that”. So I selected what was on the window shelf. The person was pretty rude. They could have said “I’m sorry we are close now or we are closed now but you can order these remaining stuff”. What the heck happened to customer service. I’m blaming the manager who hired this person for the lack of training. And the person who works behind the counter, yeah its terrible working there but just work on some customer service.
