We went 11p on a Friday night. Initial service was good. During our meal the conversations by the staff were horrendous. Not appropriate for anyone's ears. Final bill was never brought, we needed to approach the cashier and he seemed a bit annoyed with US? Food was fine,

I love the food and the servers at the Denny’s in Horseheads New York. However, there’s a new shift manager who constantly puts on and removes his gloves when working in the kitchen. It’s very visible to the customers. With all the sicknesses and viruses these days he should always wear his gloves while in the kitchen. Sometimes while he’s cooking he isn’t wearing his gloves. Even when he’s handling plates.

Simply wanted to order something to go. One man said be right with you. A cashier was trying to get a gift card to work but then another server showed up and she also started helping with the gift card. The guy never came back not a word was directed to me and it was rude. They could've have at least acknowledge Ed me so again I'm disappointed with Denny's and will continue not giving them business as well as let others know how rude they are!!!!

I ordered food over the phone for myself, husband, and son, and was told our food would be ready in about twenty minutes. We got there after about twenty-five minutes and was told to wait another ten minutes. No big deal, so we waited another ten minutes, then went in and paid only to be told we needed to wait an additional fifteen to twenty minutes because our order got mixed up. At this point, we were all tired and hungry and just wanted our food. We finally got our food about twenty five to thirty minutes later only to find out they messed up the order. They gave us a free drink and sent us away, no apology, no offer to fix anything. It would've taken less time to go in and eat rather than to order out, and our orders would probably have been correct.

Took my son there for burgers. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. Have to say the food was great. Will definitely be going back again!!!

They always seem a little under staffed but the waiters and waitresses are always really fast and welcoming :3 my go to for after-work victory milkshakes. I wouldn't go really late at night but I enjoy it anytime before 1 am

As Dennys goes this one was pretty good. Our waitress kept constant communication with us about our food. When it would be arriving, how everything was, was there anything else we needed etc. I mention that because that's not always the case in a lot of diners. The food was good in classic Dennys fashion. I will be eating here again.

Good food, we had a good server (Danielle) But every other server SUCKED. One waiter was shouting across the dining room to his table asking questions. We asked another server for a Togo cup, she gave us one with an attitude.
