I walked up to the counter to order a pumpkin latte in the woman told me they shut all the coffee machines down because they close at 7 PM. Now correct me if I’m wrong it is 5:55 PM and they still have an entire hour and five minutes before they close. Why can’t I get a dawn latte an hour before they close. If y’all are gonna stop selling coffee at 6 PM, then you should just close at 6 PM. Not only was she rude and unprofessional, but I hope the manager/owner sees this review because that don’t make no sense. Get people who wanna be there and do their job.

Older lady that was taking my order was rude and seemed annoyed that she had to work. After her nasty comments and her walking away when I was in the middle of talking, I told her never mind and walked out. Terrible customer service, glad I walked away and didnt spent money on a drink because it probably would of tasted nasty like her additude. Do better.

Lady who took my order was highly rude about my drink order said it “sounded gross” and rushed me placing my order. Also ordered hash browns and snacking bacon. Bacon was great but the hash browns were burnt on one side. Both ladies working could of seemed to care less to be there.

Walked in more than 30 minutes before close. They had already washed the machines and wouldn't take my order. Was also just talking to someone at the counter. Obviously don't go 40 b4 close or you want get your drink

This is a smaller Dunkin location that is right inside of Wal-Mart. When I stopped in, my son and I got a drink and a donut. Both of them were on par with what you'd expect to get from Dunkin - nothing overly special, but decent.
There are a few tables available to sit down at despite it being a compact space. It's nice to have the location right inside of Wal-Mart so you can stop in right before or after shopping.

I was raving about how perfect my coffee had came out the past few times I went to this location, so took my mom after shopping to treat her. Not only was it terrible and tasted like water since I was given a small after ordering a medium , they “fixed” it which made it taste worse.. After being hesitant to say anything I told the woman working the counter and she said “I made it perfect, exactly like it was ordered” I apologized and said I didn’t mean to be a burden but it tastes like water and my usual order is always great here. She said it would be an extra charge … I contradicted with I’m not sure why it would be a charge to just get what I originally ordered … She then with the absolute worst attitude and in an attempt to humiliate me said “what do you need !? Come on.. what. Do. You. Need” mind you I’m not exactly sure what I need or what the coffee I order particularly needed given I’m not an employee and have never worked there so I wasn’t sure and said I’m not sure ? I’m sorry It just tastes pretty awful .. She took the cup with so much attitude, did something to it and gave it back. It was still water and tasted awful, I ultimately wound up throwing it away and opting to not even continue communicating. Waist of money, my mom didn’t finish hers either which also tasted like water , after her bad attitude towards me we didn’t dare to say the other wasn’t good :/

I ordered through their mobile app and got there at 6:30 and the place was completely closed despite signs on the literal door saying they should be open, then I called them asking for a refund and they hung up on me! Do not support this Dunkin, go to the other more pleasant ones in the
Very rude. Do not pay attention to customers. No apologies.I saw them bringing out a cup of coffee but one side of the cup was all stained with coffee. yak! They definitely need to have customer service training again.
