Terrible worst Dunkin in the whole Area. Employees not wearing uniforms, Food is always burnt, and when i ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant today.. they gave me a sausage egg and cheese croissant. They don’t listen and I had to wait in the drive through for almost 10 minutes when nobody was getting food in side the store.

Did a Mobil order. Wasn’t ready which is fine. Received order and left. Coffee lukewarm, hash browns cold, sausage cold. Already on highway so not able to go back. Also, thumbs down on Mobil app which leaves no place to leave a review.

This place is pretty disgusting. Men's Bathroom looks like it hasn't been touched in weeks. The employees seems to have a lot of free time to stand around chatting to each other. This time they spend chatting they good be attending to the store. Two thumbs down 👎

My coffee order is complicated. Not once has this Dunkin messed it up. EVER! The staff is always welcoming even on the fast paced holidays. Yesterday I was having a hard day and thought maybe a coffee was the cure. The young lady at the drive thru informed me the coffee was covered. I needed that small act of kindness yesterday! She has no idea she fixed more than my day.

Had a pleasant visit to Dunkin donuts here in Horseheads, NY. Fun fact, this was my first time eating at a Dunkin donuts! I got the munchkin donuts, best flavor was the blueberry. Customer service was great!
Went their Sunday morning got coffee and 6 pack of donuts all donuts were hard verry disappointed ☹️

Placed a mobile order thru the drive thru. Their espresso machine was down (has been every time we’ve come the last few months) cashier was very polite and accommodating to help us and we decided to just get coffee with the same flavor, not that big of a deal. But I also order a chipotle aioli bacon egg and cheese bagel and instead received some kind of wrap. We went inside to get it corrected and a crew member and the MANAGER just laughed about it, did nothing to correct the issue. The tag on the bag even said it was supposed to be a bagel. I understand things happen outside of control and accidents happen, but that is the incorrect way to go about it coming from a manager of a food establishment myself. I was very unimpressed.
