Everytime I go here these people are too incompetent to make anything correctly. I'd rather give my money to Starbucks, at least its made right or I get ALL of my order. The chambers road location needs to close down. Its horrible

If I could give zero stars, then I would. All signage says location closes at 8pm, however I was denied entry and service at 7:50pm. I'm contacting the Regional Manager and will continue up the chain of command. Go to Starbucks where you'll get much better service!

We love Dunkins food. However the locally owned branches are always severely understaffed. The line again this morning was out to the main road. We sat at the window for 12 minutes. Only three people working and they all looked like they rolled out of bed 5 minutes ago. They were all confused. All three employees visited the window during our wait asking what we were still waiting for. I never do reviews. I would probably go to Dunkin on a daily basis if it was managed better. It's always the same shit show when we decide to give it a shot. We go to Starbucks and there's 10 people working and it's a well oiled machine. Great management. I prefer Dunkins food and prices but the local management is very poor.

Don’t come here if you’re in a rush, the McDonald’s drive thru clears out way faster. I don’t even understand what they’re saying on the speaker box. Three cars got tired of waiting in line and pulled up, but I still ended up in line for 25 min.

The staff here have completely lost their minds. Out of literally everything I’m trying to order and instead of listing what they don’t have or having a sign outside I just have your horrifically rude employee scream at me “NOPE, NOPE, NOPE, NOPE” why not shut down early for the day if you have nothing to sell.. I’m truly appalled and will be informing corporate of how I was treated, this isn’t the first time I’ve had an abysmal experience

My wrap was freezing on one side and semi-warm on the other side, my avocado toast had barely any avocado and it wasn't spread at all. Yikes.
The girls did such a great job! Our food was perfect, my son said it was the best egg and cheese ever. My coffee was made perfect and they were so kind.

I ordered an iced coffee, Multigrain bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and a bacon,egg, and cheese croissant sandwich. I ordered on the app, went through the drive thru, received the coffee right away and waited 7 minutes for my bagel with barely any cream cheese and the sandwich which we ended up throwing away as the croissant was burnt and couldn't be eaten.
