I would give zero stars. The lady in the back was very rude. I ordered the new empanada took one bite and it was still frozen in the middle. Went inside and told them she was very rude and not nice. So she decided to burn the food and send it back out.

This Dunkin is usually very good! The only thing is that their workers aren't usually very friendly and sometimes with walk in orders you can wait awhile.Parking: Just a weird lot set up.

all we ordered was one large black coffee and one large coffee with cream and sugar.what we got was, one large black coffee with sugar and one large coffee with cream. didn't realize it until we hit the highway because it was too hot to drink anyway.

The managers are very rude. And seem like they don’t care to be there. One lady said she can’t wait to go home. Lol I get it but let’s not Make that known in front of the 15 customers waiting

It looks like they don't have enough staff. The wait in line is way too long for the amount of people on-line. But honestly you can tell the staff is working hard...there is just not enough of them! Its hit or miss!
