Haven’t been in awhile but glad we came.. they hired better staff! Our server was great but the ice cream sundaes aren’t like they used to be… very poorly put together..

I've been going to Friendly's as long as I've been alive... only 41 years. I loved Friendly's as a kid and still do today. I honestly like it being less busy today, more than it was 20 years ago, although that means less business and fewer menu options. At the end of the day, AC or no AC, it's an indoor ice cream shop/ restaurant with awesome ice cream. Com'on, we're taking ice cream; who doesn't like ice cream?

Kid-friendliness: Very catering to children. My girls love a sundae at Friendly's.

We were driving on 86 and saw this Friendly's and back tracked an exit to go here. We don't have Friendly's in Ohio anymore and I always loved the Fribble Shakes, the fries and the Reese Peanut Butter Cup Sundae. The Sundae was the only item that was as I remembered. The Fribble was not thick or chocolatey and the fries were horrible. The fries tasted as if they had been cooked in grease that hadn't been changed in a long time! They were not crisp but we're darker from the burned grease. The hostess and server were great - personable and friendly - and the food arrived timely. This place could be serving the caliber of food they used to with a little effort.

Came in today with family. I should've something was off when it's 90 degrees outside and 90 inside. Was told it's just like that here. We decided to stick it out. When our food arrived the buns for our burgers were completely burnt. Also, quesadillas were cold. Also, it's not the servers fault, she seems to be overworked while the other two red shirts just sat there and didn't address any of the issues. We liked coming here before but it seems like we are better.off.going elsewhere from here on out. It's a shame

Aside from the food being good, there is not a whole lot good to say about Friendly's. To start, we waited for a half hour to be seated in an almost empty restaurant, then another half hour for a waitress to come to our table to order. The food came out relatively quickly but, with no utensils, no napkins and no waitress to be found to get any. This is not the first time we've gone there and encountered this level of service. The waitress seemed as if we were more of a burden than guests, This is not the first time we've gone there and encountered this level of service there, but if I have my way, It will be the last, I plan on never going back.

I liked the food just fine. The interior was so dingy. The lady that was our waitress could have been more attentive. Took a while to get what we asked for.

Parking: Plenty parking

There were only two people working when we stopped for dinner. The hostess was also cooking, cleaning, and managing and there was only one waitress. I chose the Asian dish as it had the fewest calories among the hot food. I had pickle chips as an appetizer - they were delightful. The others in my group had turkey melts with crispy fries. They both mentioned that the grease wasn't hot enough to make the fries crispy, but I thought they were ok. Considering there were only two or three people in the restaurant, I would say our dinner was a success. I would've liked more iced tea, but I was fine. I would go again!

The service is slow, you wait about 10 minutes until you're seated. Then you wait until someone comes just to take your drink order then wait until you get your food order taken. Spent over 1 hour here and the food is horrid and overpriced. I could've gone to McDonald's and gotten better food and at lower price in less time. Avoid going to Friendly's at all costs.

Very comfortable establishment to enjoy a bite to eat and th waitress was very professional and friendly. The desserts are always a plus. Will be going back when I travel in that area again.

We were served by Kathy today. Kathy and the rest of the staff are very caring and attentive! When we walked in, we were seated quickly. The food was hot and delicious. The dining room is kept very neat and clean. If you're overdue for a Friendly's visit, then now's a good of time as ever to dig (or dine) in!

Kid-friendliness: Friendly's has always been family oriented and continues to be through these years. Many families enjoy bringing their kids here, and I fully understand why. The atmosphere and good menu selection is on point.Don't forget to ask for a coloring kit!

Parking: There's plenty of parking, just know that you have to use the same road which leads to the nearby hotel. The lot can be accessed via the hotel's lot or by the neighboring lot, adjacent to the Friendly's building.Ultimately, they're all connected via the one road.

Wheelchair accessibility: This location is handicap and wheelchair accessible via the front door.

Dietary restrictions: The staff are very caring and will make adjustments to your order per request.

Service was nearly non-existent,then rude when they finally decided to acknowledge us. The dining area was filthy. If not for a friend's desire for a birthday ice cream, I would have left in the first few minutes, which is what it appeared that the wait staff wanted.

Haven't been to a Friendly's in about 12 years, so decided to stop by one of the only remaining venues in the area. The facility is pretty clean and neat, and it appeared that there was only one server at the time we were there (around noon on Sunday), but it didn't affect our wait times.Started with the Cheese Bites- Friendly's version of deep fried curds- and was pleased with the choice. Crispy, cheesy, and served with a marinara sauce, they are definitely a great appetizer! On to the main meal- ordered the Philly Steak and Cheese Supermelt with waffle fries, and the Classic Crispy Chicken sandwich with french fries.Upon delivery, a few things were patently obvious- #1, the chicken patty and waffle fries were obviously overcooked, and #2, it seems as if fries are almost considered a garnish rather than an actual side.Unfortunately, the Crispy Chicken Sandwich wasn't eaten because it was overcooked, and as such was removed from the bill, which was kindly done by the apologetic manager. As for the Philly Cheese Steak, it didn't seem like the bread was sourdough, it appeared to be just toasted white bread. Otherwise, the meat was tender and seasoned well, and the melt was tasty. As aforementioned, the waffle fries were a bit overdone, but I'd rather have crunchy than soggy.....On to dessert- when we attempted to order the Reece's Peanut Butter Cup sundae, we were informed that they were out.Huge bummer, as part of the reason we chose Friendly's was to get our favorite ice cream treat after eating. In a nutshell, would I return to this location?Perhaps.I would hope that things would be slightly different the next time.

Went to have breakfast as advertised on their sign, sat down, waitress had an attitude.. we asked about breakfast and was told the signage can't be changed, it's been like this since covid. Was trying to decide if we wanted to stay and have lunch and was told have a good day before we even decided whether we were leaving or noy. Mentioned to manager about servers poor attitude, she said "I'll say something" and rudely dismissed us.Poor Customer Service and False Advertising, I highly do not recommend eating here unless you like to be treated like garbage out the gate!
