Burgers always sitting in the warmer for too long.. idk if it's just bad management and lack of training or what the case is but almost every time I go to this spot the burgers are ones that you can tell are long overdue to be thrown out.. not to mention the ice cream machine is always broken.
Fries were perfect! Not over salted and perfectly cooked. It was busy, but they made it work. I saw them mess up an order in front of me… just missing items not a wrong ingredient issue… but was immediately corrected by staff with no issue. This was just Sunday Mother’s Day at 1. I can’t vouch for other shifts. Things were being dealt with in order of priority as well.
Stopped here to get a big breakfast w/ hotcakes and steak. Only they don’t offer the steak with the combo like the rest of the McDonald’s in America. The girl working the front register was nice. I didn’t think it would be a big deal to swap the sausage out maybe with an up charge but the manager said it was no way to do that.
