Flavorless asparagus and the ribs were tougher than the hide in a live pig would not recommend I have celiac’s disease they were great about that and I didn’t have any bad allergic reactions but the food quality is not worth the price nor the name on the building

The 3 course special is worth it. Everything tasted great. The steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I think the service was friendly, but because they take a team approach, it felt like they were waiting for each other to attend to things. Also, the music was a little loud. Overall it was good. The quality of the food was the highlight.

After going to outback for the last 7 years on New Year's eve. We have been never been more disappointed than we were on 12 31 2025 with the quality of our filet steaks . Sent back 3 of 4 steaks not properly cooked. 2 were sent back correctly cooked. 1 was still not cooked to order. The steaks were all very chewing. Our meal was so bad and ruined our whole experience with your restaurant. Your prices were higher than last year and your quality of filet was so much worse than a year earlier. We will not be spending our money on your product next year or anytime in the future. You are your own worse enemy with the quality of meat you buy.

We were shopping on the Sunday before Christmas. First off all, I think everyone forgot about Outback because other places had a line because they were next to the stores. OutbCk had a zero wait time. All the staff were dressed in holiday cheer. They had a flipping Santa to take pictures with as well! Our waitress was amazing, very promt and on top of our drinks. We got the mozzarella boomerangs. Let me tell you i am still dreaming about them. They came out hot and fresh, they were crispy without being heavy or full of oil. And oh. My. God. The cheese pull on them! This one in the video was the last on our plate. Notice how it isnt a hard brick? Because its made with really good quality cheese. They were amazing. Our steaks were good as well, but im coming back for those mozzarella sticks! (And another perfect ribeye of course)

Update* The staff is still very good. The food was excellent this time around. Burger was juicy and cooked to petfectuon. Everything was hot and delicious. The new Mozzarella appetizer is excellent!
All of the staff, including the manager were very nice. The food however, wasn't great. The best thing was the bloomin onion and the free bread they give you. The chicken sandwich wasn't good. He didn't like his burger at all. We would return but only for the onion.
Ordered the fillet mignon and lobster. Steak was cooked to perfection, and food was delicious 😋

Don't eat here unless you like a good cut of steak cooked to shoe leather. They won't prepare any rare. After 5 years decided to give them another chance, bad decision. The manager should have been fired long ago, they have no business being a manager. Waitress was good. Save your money, go to a business that gives you what you want.
Always a great go to...some are better than others but this one had good friendly servers. They have changed the menu and noticed the Ahi tuna appetizer became an entree so they did have the option to make it an appetizer off menu, which is something we have always liked. Server went above and beyond to get that done for us. 3 course option is very nice, but wish it also said that you still get all the sides too so it ends up being a lot. But the pricing is nice. 8 ounce sirloin was pretty good, a little gristly but tasted fine. Cheesecake and brownie desert were good...again, a lot of food! But its nice to see one open as they have all shut down in NE Ohio and we miss OSH!

Cold steak not even close to medium well so salty I couldn't eat it, and I like salt on my food. SI steak was so over salted and seasoned she could eat it. Waited almost 20 minutes for our drinks. Appetizer was mostly ate before the drinks came out . My baked potato was not hot it wouldn't even melt butter . The only thing the manager did was take if the price of the dinners we couldn't eat. We used to love to eat here. My mom and dad loved to eat here. Definitely went down hill .
