The food was absolutely astonishing from this place, I had the Bourbon Steak Sandwich and a friend got the Chicken Gyro, was made right on the spot and was the best sandwich I've ever had so far, highly recommended and the owner is very friendly and welcoming person.If you get the chance to stop by don't miss out on this place!!

Have visited this place twice, located in the food court at the Arnot Mall, and have been completely satisfied both times. It is a small booth in the corner of the court, but once you find it, you are definitely in for a treat.First visit, ordered the Steuben Cuban. A delicious combination of pork, ham, Swiss cheese, dill pickle and mayo, prepared as a panini.Fresh ingredients, made to order, crispy and delicious.I added the onion rings and a drink to make it a meal, onion rings were hot and crunchy!Second visit I opted for the beef gyro and french fries.I had it loaded up with tomato, lettuce, onion and tzatziki sauce. The pita was grilled, giving part of it a very slight crunch while retaining the softness of a pita.Fries are generally hard to rate because they are pretty hard to screw up, but these looked almost like fresh cut, and were VERY crispy without being over fried.The menu has several other options for gyro meats, and a veggie option, as well as boneless wings, spiedies, and burgers.Pricing is commensurate with current economic conditions, I paid about $15 each visit for each sandwich, side, and bottle of soda, but I believe that the value I got was well worth it.The owner was extremely polite and helpful in assisting me with making a choice- great guy!He also offers catering services, has a food truck that you should look for this summer, and has been featured on The Cooking Channels "Carnival Eats".I will definitely go back to this location, and will certainly look for the food truck this summer!

I was in the mall for some last minute Christmas shopping and I decided to check out the food court, because I hadn't been in ages and I miss eating at the mall, '90s kid that I am. I wasn't super excited about the options at first, then off in the corner I spotted Ray's. I checked out the menu, and I ordered a cheese steak and onion rings. My food was ready in under 5 minutes and it was all very fresh. The roll was soft and toasted, the onion rings were crispy, but not too greasy, the peppers, onions, and mushrooms were seared just right, there was plenty of fresh Cheddar, and the steak was very flavorful. I want this review to get out there because this place wasn't obvious and I want as many people as possible to find it and keep it going, making excellent food! Next time I'll have to try the lamb gyro...

Stumbled upon Ray's in the Arnot Mall good court and was pleasantly surprised. They were king, gracious, and the food was delicious. I had the the Lamb Gyro and it was so tender and flavorful without being the greasy mess you find at the state fair. Raven and his team were super nice and offered to get us samples of their bbq sauce before we made a decision. Definitely recommend!
