went last night, the food was horrible, they were out of sides, even the new ones, steak was overcooked sent back, the drinks were terrible. Only thing good was our server, and she was left to come out and tell us of the things we ordered were out, not once but 3 times. didn't see a manager, nor was any attempt made by one to talk to us. 2nd time this has happened. won't be back
We took our daughter for her birthday to the Big Flats, NY Red Lobster and had a horrible experience. My husband always orders the seafood stuffed mushrooms and they were horrible. You could not eat the stuffing as it had a nasty fishy taste. We asked our waitress if they had changed the recipe and got the response of I don't know.

Decided to go retro and visit Red Lobster in Horse heads...Bad idea. The parking lot wasn't packed, but the entryway was. Apparently we were to have a 30minute wait although there were several empty tables in clear view....why? short staffed. Ok, we settle at bar. Table time....Needed to wait for iced tea...none made.
