Rico's Pizza & Subs

I called tonight at 7:40 tonight to out order in for pickup. I explained three times I wanted my wings extremely well done, extra, extra, extra crispy wings hat I do not like slimy wings. I stated I’d rather them almost burnt then not done enough. So I show up about fifteen minutes later and he states my wings are done just has to put sauce on them and pizza is ready to go. He was in a rush on the phone and in person. He adds total up on cash register then just walks away. Whatever no big deal I figure probably closing soon. I drive home go to eat our food and the wings are not well done their slimy really slimy. I don’t even think they were cooked for as long as they regularly cook them. Very little sauce. I have been coming to Rico’s a long time and have never had a bad experience but when you pay almost $40 for wings and they’re not even cooked all the way that’s irritating. Forget well done they were still slimy so I put then in the oven and recooked them but just not what I was expecting. Seems they have went downhill from the customer service and food I use to get from there. Definitely check your order when you get there if you order on the night shift within an hour of closing.

Quite possibly the rudest staff in the pizza game. We were not given a chance to order because the worker was throwing a tantrum. When asked for his name, he refused. Luckily for them I'll not darken their door again and will suggest the same to everyone I meet.

I've been driving by this place and always stop for gas and fast food, 1/2 a dozen 4 or 5 times a year for probably 15+ years and never stopped. I wish I did. Now that I live out this way, I've been to this location twice an Market St. once. Pizza is very good. Love the crust and the staff is always very friendly.

Common sense guys. The smell of burnt smoke was so bad stayed in nostrils for next 100 miles on highway. Ordered cheesecake and so much grease could've waxed my truck. Jumbo Rums came in handy next morning
