The food was amazing. The server sarah was beyond amazing. She made sure my sons food was out so he could eat first. Then she made an amazing titos strawberry lemonade. HIGHLY recommend asking for her to make your drinks and if possible your server as well.

I ordered the fish and chips with the salad bar added on. The salad bar was really good, everything on there was fresh and tasty. The fish and chips on the other hand were absolutely horrible. The fish was very obviously a frozen product like I would buy in the freezer section at Walmart, not an actual piece of fish that was battered and fried fresh there at the restaurant. The "chips" turned out to be about half a handful of shoestring French fries. I grant you, most restaurants use shoestring fries, I personally, think of fish and chips as being more like steak fries but my issue here was the quantity of fries not the kind of fries.Our waiter was horrible, only checked on us once after taking our order and when my partner, who would be paying the bill, called him over to make a complaint about my meal, as soon as he realized it was turning out to be a complaint, simply turned around and walked away. It was my very first experience with Ruby Tuesday, which I've heard rave reviews about for years, but this experience was terrible and I will not be making a second trip.

At first I was excited to try Ruby Tuesday for the first time.. That changed quickly after we got sat. First I asked for a high chair, had to stand at my table with my two year old for 5 minutes waiting for another person to come by so I could ask for one. After we sat we then waited again for our waitress to come to our table while watching other servers be attentive to their tables. Food took a while to come out. We were never checked on, never got refills on drinks. I am very disappointed. I do not see myself coming back
