8/25: Salsa's always has very good Mexican 🌮 🌯 cuisine. It was very busy in the restaurant, and food was excellent. The Fresh guacamole 🥑 is so good. The order of this could easily be a full meal for many. Tonight I went with #11 Combo- burrito, enchilada, taco with rice. Excellent size portions, and you leave feeling like for the quality, and quantity of food is perfect for a person with a big appetite like myself.

It had always been a good place to go with the family, unfortunately this experience was not the same. The waitress was quite rude; she never asked again how the food was or if we wanted more drinks. The rice was raw, and the meat in the quesadillas we ordered was tough. In the end, we complained to the owner, who agreed with the employee and didn't even offer an apology or discounts for the poor service.

The weirdest thing is there's no music. But great prices especially for the portions. Big selection of alcoholic drinks including margaritas, beers, and other cocktails. Has a great mom&pop feel to it. Just wish there was music so it wasn't so quiet.

Made my food wrong. So I called and explained the order was wrong. Got laughed at and told “haha. I don’t know”

Food is great, but their service is terrible. I went there to get food twice. The first time, someone took my order. After waiting for 15-20 minutes, another person noticed me waiting and took my order again (she saw me earlier). I realized they didn’t make my food the first time although that person was still there in the counter. The second time, there was a misunderstanding about the amount of food I’m ordering. I apologized and asked for the right amount (I wanted more food). But she was rude and surprisingly she charged me for each item individually rather than as a combo where you pay less if you buy 2/3 of each item (quesadillas and tacos). Really disappointed in their behavior.

Really good Mexican food. Horrible service. Ordered 2 items on doordash. They made my driver wait over an hour for our food then only have us half our order. Went to pickup the rest of our order and instead of an apology they gave us attitude. Finally got the rest of our order after almost 2 hours. Won't be ordering again.
Had lunch with the wife. Awesome experience for first time there.

I personally was not completely satisfied with the service. The food was ok but I've had better. I wanted guacamole, on my burritos, and I had to pay extra And it wasn't even on the burrito, it came in a little container, it cost me $2.50 The servers were very heavy accented which made it hard to communicate.

Salsa's is off the hook good, real deal delicious Mexican in Elmira area!! We have been several times before and EVERY thing we tried was the best tasting version of it we've had! This time blew us away! Fajitas for two was a MOUNTAIN of food! Enough to take home for another meal....we had to ask for more tortillas it was cooked perfectly and was full of mouth watering flavor!! Even if your not a big eater like me, their other plates are just as delicious. Only a few minutes off Rt17/I-86 and very worthy of the 4 minutes to get there.
