The order; Vodka sauce with penne, chicken and spinach. Fish fry, comes with fries. Surprise twist? Also came with mac & cheese. To top it all off: extra crispy garlic bread. Five stars because this order was delivery and our garlic bread, fish fry, and french fries were all just as crispy as we would have liked them to be at the restaurant. In terms of flavor everything was just fine. Good not amazing, but again it was delivery so lower expectations. It was all worth the price we paid!

Tried the Sauce Boss for the first time. Not from the area, came and dined in. 12/10 stars. Food was absolutely outstanding. Price was great. Service was great! Welcoming place to relax and eat. Looking forward to my next visit. Tractor trailer drivers, park at the old ames and walk over, you won’t be disappointed!

Finally got to try The Sauce Boss tonight for dinner. So freaking delicious. We got a side of Boss Balls, Philly Cheese Steak sub, chicken and shrimp Alfredo, and steak and shrimp Alfredo. Everything was flavorful, and made in a timely manner. Tony is such a hard worker and has a true passion for his food and customers. A1 customer service, great prices, and great food! Can’t wait to try more!!

The Sauce Boss is incredible! I ordered their Philly Cheesesteak sub, which was delicious, but I just HAD to sample my husband's Philly Cheesesteak Baked Ziti. And then I stole it from him because it was so yummy. Their sauce is rich and creamy, pasta was cooked to perfection, and they use the perfect amount of cheese. 10/10 and we'll definitely be ordering again through Snap Delivered Elmira/Horseheads.

This is by far the best Italian food in the Elmira area. So good in fact I asked them to cater for me and all the food was excellent. People were asking me where I got it from it was so good. If you haven’t been there, it’s a must. You won’t be disappointed!

Rarely do I find a restaurant who cares so deeply for their customers and their food! Tony and the rest of the crew at The Sauce Boss are cooking up delicious pasta! I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Baked Ziti!! You won't regret ordering this along with their cheesy garlic bread!
