Very very disappointed! We loved this place and went often. The server never brought our soup and salad and she said oh I didn't wow!!! My bf order scallop hibachi meal the chef split his meal up with 2 people that didn't even order scallops!!! UNBELIEVABLE. The server just wrote that off completely ignored me .Simons has gone down the tubes,run down and dirty .Get back to the old Simons that we loved !VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Paid over $45 for seafood combo and it was disgusting! Looked like they threw it together! Never again would I go there or recommend this place!

I reserved a table for 6:30 pm. I arrived 10 minutes early with my family ready to go. I waited 15 minutes and nobody every acknowledged us. Sushi chef saw us and continued to talk to 2 ladies there and flirt with them. Totally ignored us. I'm pissed and will never come back. Another worker came in from being outside and saw us and never even acknowledged us either. This place smells like burnt food and with only 1 table filled with guest I now know why. They Suck....

Rarely busy, great birthday celebration for my kids with balloon animals and free dessert. I wish they served noodles and hibachi with ginger sauce or the pink sauce like other places. Proteins were great, get the Kobe combo!

First time visiting Simon's was not a great experience. Called 5 days ahead of time for reservations and had reservations for 7 at 530pm. We waited until 615pm to be seated and until 640 for the first bit of food to arive. (Soup and salad) My miso soup was mildly warm and only contained 3 mushrooms. The salad left much to be desired with one measly slice of tomato and some lettuce in a mild cream dressing. For my main hibachi I ordered the Kobe combo with filet, scallops, and shrimp. The filet was very good with nice texture and flavor. The shrimp was very good also. The hibachi chef accidentally served my scallops to another dinner and had to get fresh scallops from the kitchen which he proceeded to rush on the grill cutting them up into tiny pieces to accelerate the cooking process which i was highly disappointed in. The waiter never checked back during the course of the meal, leaving me and others at the table to run back and forth to the bar to get refills on drinks. After the meal was over checks were brought around without the offer of dessert ( we were dining out for a birthday party and had intended on getting dessert) we decided to skip dessert due to time constraints. There was no initial offer of a discount for the long wait time even though we had a reservation and had multiple mix-ups and poor service for the meal. We did receive a 20% discount after complaints were raised. Overall it was obvious that the restaurant was poorly staffed and improperly booked which lead to a poor dining experience. The main food dishes had good flavor, but the abysmal service overrode the good food.

We've been to numerous Hibachi restaurants in our time and this one is our least favorite. They almost always mess up reservations, the service is always terrible. Good luck getting a refill in a timely manner. The food is forgettable. I get the seating but this place is tight!

Normally I have a good experience, but tonight I ordered chicken fried rice and steak fried rice with some crab Rangoon. It was supposed to be for pickup and they told me it'd be 15 minutes. I got there 20 min later and they told me they forgot to cook the crab Rangoon and I had to wait 8 extra minutes for it. Once getting home and eating we noticed that the rice was very hard in both meals. Almost inedible.
